Islamic Travel Opiniones

My aunty recommended Abdulla to book our next Family Umrah he communicated well to ensure he met the requirements for our trip he offered a reasonable price and even offered a discount where he could to ensure the price was within our budget.

I needed to book for Umrah and it was my first time going and Abdullah has been absolutely amazing and professional in sorting my package out. I am very grateful and they are extremely helpful, patient and polite. I will be using them in the near future and recommend to family and friends, many thanks.

Always a great travel agent for umrah packages, went with thwm in past, and got back in touch for a new umrah package.
Brother Abdullah was very helpful.

I had a great experience with Hamza from Islamic Travel. They arranged my Umrah package very professionally and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything—from accommodation to transportation—was well organized, and they were always helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. I truly appreciate their honesty, patience, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Hamza and Islamic Travel to anyone planning for Umrah.

Fabulous service .... highly recommend.Mr Abdullah was patient with my enquiries and provided a variety of choices.Everything went without a hitch. The packages were packed neatly. I like how well you put together all the Umra packages . Without a doubt, we would use your services again.

The way Hammad handled my situation and made it easy for me. The service provided was really good . I would recommend them and I would use them again definitely.

Thank you so much Hamza. You provided us a great Umrah Package. You took care of the Hotels near the Haram, e visas, breakfasts, flights, Zam Zam. Everything was seamless. The best thing was the 24/7 support. You answered our queries even if it was the middle of the night. You treat your customers like Family.
I am very grateful for your service.
I would highly recommend you and would use your services again.
JazakAllah khair brother.

Possibly the worst travel agent I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Terrible communication, agents are disorganised and it’s a very stressful process.

Highly recommended, shamir was helpful and nice .

Mr Shamir was very helpful with my questions and my booking. I strongly recommend requesting to work with Shamir when you contact this company, he is one of the only that passionately supports the customer, and is truly working to help you.

I needed Umrah visa and a friend of mine suggested Islamic travel. I had a single phone conversation with Hammad. He sorted the visa very quickly and efficiently. I provided them my passport copy and a photo and everything else was sorted by them. Jazakallu khairan.

Special thanks to Shamir for patiently providing me with all the Umrah information I asked online. The guidance was clear, thorough, and very helpful. I truly appreciate the time and effort they took to answer every question.”

I had an excellent experience with Samreen as my travel agent. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of my journey to perform umrah. She took care of even the tiniest details, which made the trip completely stress-free. Samreen stayed in constant contact and was always available to answer my queries or make adjustments. Her professionalism, dedication and attention to detail truly stood out. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip for the sacred journey for Umrah or Hajj.

Amazing service from abdullah have been using this company for years always provide the best service and prices

Our Umrah travellers started with 5 members of family and went to 8 - Alhumdullillah.
Ibstaam, very patiently dealt with all the add ons and the multiple queries I had all throughout my booking (a good few months worth😅)
Our hotel was also upgraded by Ibstaam, which made my disabled mother’s stay more comfortable.
He also checked in on us while we were out there, which added on to his levels of professionalism.

Great communication, Unfortunately didn’t book with them ,for now , My operator Hammad was extremely helpful and friendly , so I definitely do recommend using their services
