Trigghomes  Opiniones

We have made a big move from the main land to the Island and all the staff at Trigg lettings excelled with the service they supplied. They have offered a professional and courteous service from start to finish.

Trigg sold our house for us and we are more than delighted with the service . Rhys and his team were extremely professional throughout the process and took care of everything for us . They organised the photos promoting the sale . All viewings were booked in a timely manner and they kept us up to date with feed back. They offered support and advice through a very stressful process . We would totally recommend Trigghomes to anyone. They’ve been amazing .

We had been looking for rental properties on the IOW for many weeks. Most agencies we had approached were unprofessional and simply ignored us. We had all but given up hope, when we spotted a rental property with Trigghomes and decided to express our interest.

Within minutes I was contacted by Kat (Lettings Manager) who swiftly offered us a viewing. We hotfooted it from Essex to Newport the very next day, and were greeted by Becky (Lettings Administrator) who was super friendly. She showed us around the property and was happy to answer all of our questions. We made an offer shortly afterwards, and within 24hrs received news that we were the chosen bidders.

Documentation and referencing was quick to follow. The whole process was completed and contracts signed in a matter of weeks.

I've been so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of Trigghomes. Kat and Becky are a great team. Their communication with us was excellent throughout, and they couldn't be more warm and approachable.

Overall, Trigghomes was a breath of fresh air compared to other agencies. We're very grateful to the team and recommend them highly.

Rhys and the team at Trigg Homes were fantastic when it came to selling my house. They handled viewings and negotiations professionally and were always friendly and quick to respond. They always kept me updated when there was any news and were proactive at reaching out to my buyer, solicitors and other agents in the chain. I can’t fault the service they provided. A very friendly, professional and experienced team. Thanks!

Our experience with Trigg was always a positive one. Very professional and supportive right through to our completion day.
May we thank all of them once again for their help in selling our house this year.

All of the staff were courteous on every occasion I needed to get in contact, and requests were always actioned in a timely fashion.
My purchase went smoothly thanks to the assistance I received from Trigg and it was lovely to meet Rhys when I went in for the keys on completion day, after he'd shown me round the property for my first viewing. The gift box I received with the keys was a lovely touch.

Rhys, Simon and Mark were always on hand to take calls particularly when the chain of sale hit a glitch they went above and beyond and finally pulled it all together which helped with our sale and purchase. Thank you

I would totally recommend Trigghomes from start to finish they have been very helpful and friendly whilst being professional I'd like to thank Rhys, Mark and Simon for thier patients on what turned out to be a tricky sale, but with their help we got there in the end.
I Would 100% recommend this estate agent I wish the team well for the future.

We are very grateful to the very professional Trigg team for their support and guidance in our protracted sale and purchase . Thank you to Rhys, Simon and the long suffering Mark who kept us updated and worked so hard for a successful outcome.

The company sold our property in the first week, the photographer did an excellent job in presenting the house, looked amazing. We was also buying a house with Trigg, and apart from a minor hiccup in the last week, everything went smoothly and relatively fast.

Trigg &co sold my house in a week and got me the full asking price .
Amazing service from start to finish.
Highly recommend

Really good service from all the Trigg workers. All of them are really kind and attend all the questions fast.

We recommend them 100%

I would like to thank Triggs for their help and support in selling my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Rhys and his team if you are buying or selling your property.

Having purchased our home through Trigg & Co is seemed the right thing to use them to sell our property - unfortunately on this occasion we have been unable to find what we were looking for so have taken our property off the market however Trigg & Co supported us 100% on our journey were courteous helpful and pulled out all the stops getting viewings on our property and sending us suggested properties to look at - I can’t thank Rhys enough for his kindness and professionalism throughout our time on the market with them - if we need an Estate Agent again in the future Trigg &Co will be our go to agents seven stars!

After we had an unsuccessful experience with a previous estate agent "trying" to sell our house we moved our sale to Trigg. What a world of difference. Trigg basically just got on & done what was needed, marketed & sold our house! Good quality clients through the door. An excellent professional company. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Extremly helpful beyond thier normal duties. Information feed fantastic. Any problems they endeavour to get resolved quickly. They always action what they say they are going to do. I cannot praise them enough. if you want to buy or sell your property my advice would be 100% to use Trigg, don't waste your time trying any other estate agent!

Very impressed with Trigg. We were on the buyside and they were agent to the vendor. Very open and pragmatic approach and good communication. I would say this was the main reason the sale got over the line in tough mkt conditions. They kindly offered a welcome hamper on key collection, including cloths, cleaning agents etc. very thoughtful. Would certainly recommend.

Trigg were always helpful. They made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient and professional. A great company.
