Sono iscritta a Toluna da alcuni anni. Il Panel è davvero simpatico, ogni giorno ritrovi gli amici virtuali che pian piano è come conoscere di persona. Per quanto riguarda i sondaggi, la media di quelli a cui si riesce ad accedere è soddisfacente. A volte accade che ci sia necessità di rivolgersi al Team per chiedere chiarimenti o per problemi tecnici del sito. Le risposte non si fanno attendere e sono sempre cortesi e appropriate. Ed infine è una gran soddisfazione poter ricevere i premi: ce ne sono molti tra cui scegliere e vengono accreditati abbastanza rapidamente.

They pay you way too little, while they probably rake in the cash. Don't waste your time here, and just use another website to fill in surveys if that is what you want to do.

Buongiorno, dopo aver provato il servizio ho realizzato che era solo una perdita di tempo. Dopo un po’ di tempo ho iniziato ha ricevere 2 email al giorno tutti i giorni e ho provato in tutti i modi a disinscrivermi, tuttavia ogni volta mi rimbalzano su una pagina che dice che in quel momento è impossibile disiscriversi. Ora dopo 2 mesi continua ad essere così e inizio veramente ad essere seccato. Potete dare la possibilità alle persone di disiscriversi dal vostro sito!!!!

Grande variété de sujets pour les sondages. Cependant parfois des difficultés pour faire valoir ces droits lorsque l'on est en mesure d'obtenir une récompense : (Toluna argue de prétextes divers pour vous évincer et il faut se battre pour faire reconnaitre ces droits).

Good website for part-time work just fill a survey

Have only been signed up a short while but there are never any surveys available. I am up to 1900 points but that is just by filling in my profile. Every time I try to do a survey I just get the answer Sorry we haven't any! It takes quite a time to go through the process just to find that out.

They provide very little money for our time spent on the surveys! That is why, I'll be giving them 3 stars. Otherwise, they're legit and do pay you.

Toluna was very enjoyable and helpful at first, but recently, after I had accumulated 190000 points (weeks of hardwork) ready to claim my £35 payout, my account no longer was able to sign in. At first I assumed it was a general issue because I also read a lot of similar complaints online. I decided to send an email few months later and was told by a staff called Serena R that my account had been suspended for ' Violating their terms and conditions ' which was very convenient on their part. There was no notice whatsoever. Very Disappointing & laughable service. And a SHAME.

A mio avviso uno dei migliori panel per sondaggi! Ce ne sono sempre molti e in un anno sono riuscita a prendere diversi buoni! Inoltre spesso vengono creati eventi o iniziative speciali per punti extra! Molto attiva anche la Community dei partecipanti! Un bel "luogo" in cui passare del tempo!

Sito molto carino, affidabile e pieno di idee. Peccato che spesso ci sono sondaggi fantasmi in quanto appena ci clicchi ti dice che non sei idoneo. spesso purtroppo anche dopo che ho risposto a molte domande. Molto carine le domande secche con punteggio assicurato.

I am not sure when I first started answering surveys for Toluna but what I will tell you is that I have always done each survey that I could and I have never had a bad time with them. They are the bomb.

I have been completing surveys and polls on Toluna for many years and never had a bad experience except for the odd time where I spend time doing a survey only to be told that I do not qualify. It does not happen much though. The only other small downside is visiting the site from outside the USA, there are less opportunities for us. Overall enjoyable and the rewards are great too.

LThey are absolutely ridiculous. They took 30000 points off our account no reason

No advance notice and they first made a lie that they told me that it expires but never allow us to claim then they just did it it again...just recently during this pandemic and they are scamming. They stop ow 10000 for contest. Instead the take 10000 points. Never even notified. Our account
