Great people. Bought a refurbished monitor and it came in perfect condition. The included power cable was faulty, and when I contacted the company about it they called me and sorted me out despite me being a bit of Karen about the matter. The company kept me updated about my order. When there were delays, they immediately made contact with me to let me know there was a delay due to matters beyond their control. They communicated with me via email, text message and called, when needed. I had great experience with this company and will definitely purchase from them again. My laptop arrived in excellent condition and thoroughly protected to prevent any damage.
