Excellent customer service
My initial order didn't turn up for Christmas (I ordered it early but it got lost in the post).
I emailed back and forth, communication was excellent and I received a refund. I was emailed to say some more had come back in stock so I reordered and they upgraded delivery to 24 hours and I received it.
Over all they turned a bad experience around with their excellent customer service and I was happy in the end.

First time purchaser from Itemdrop and chose it as it had the best price for the item I wanted. There was a small issue with Royal Mail (not the seller's fault - just bad luck) and they could not have been more helpful in getting it resolved. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Over the past couple of weeks, our sales have more than doubled, and at the same time, my wife (and business partner) had to go into hospital for surgery, while another member of staff faced a medical emergency. This unexpectedly left just two of us trying to manage the workload of four people during an increasingly busy period. Coupled with some computer inventory issues where some orders didn’t make it through to our packing system (easier to miss when there are less of you), it made for a particularly challenging week where we did everything possible with the resources we had.
We expressed our apologies at dispatch for the delay and appreciated your patience through what has been quite a challenging time for our small family business.
While we completely understand your frustration, we wanted to share the circumstances so you know the effort we’ve made to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

Great place for games
Wanted a copy of Xenoblade Chronicles X DE on Switch as it was the only one I didn't have - found it here for £45. Game was promptly dispatched after a bit of uncertainty. I was kindly kept up to date by Ilse, who was ready to answer my every query and give me utmost reassurance. Came today which is a day earlier than what was shown.
