Great shop to buy good items like Nintendo switches and games that have been released lately.

I’ve had an excellent experience with The Chelsea Gamer and can’t recommend them highly enough. Their recent fire sale had some fantastic prices, and the whole ordering process was smooth from start to finish.

Delivery was very quick, everything arrived safely packaged, and the communication was brilliant. When I contacted them by email they were incredibly easy to talk to, friendly, and very helpful.

To top it off, they even included some nice extra goodies with my last order, which was a really thoughtful touch and shows how much they value their customers.

I am always wary with new suppliers, checked them out first on Trustpilot, all looked very good, but still sent them an enquiry via their web form to test the validity of the site and check response. Got a speedy reply and then further help pre-purchasing - this satisfied my due diligence checks for dealing with a new company.

I ordered the part and it arrived, as described, very well packaged and within a few days of ordering complete with notifications regarding invoice - shipping details etc.

I had some issues with my order, but the Chelsea Gamer's staff went abov ee and beyond what was required to make sure I got the item I wanted. Not a lot of places that make you feel quite as appreciated as a customer these days, so my experience was amazing!
