Probably the worst customer service EVER.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. The person on the phone was incredibly rude to the point where he was insulting and personally horrible. I purchased a very expensive microphone never unboxed and asked if he would exchange it for a different model. Honestly I though it would be and easy thing but he said take it like a man and dicontinued the conversation. Would have bought more from them but this guy really doesn't want repeat business.

Thank you for your feedback. Your product was delivered on the 14th of May and you ask to have it returned on the 28th of July. Unfortunately, due to the age of the order, we are unable to take it back. Apologies for this.

5 Star service for new customer
I have never heard of you guys before (I do the hardware ordering for our software company) But you had in stock what I couldn't get anywhere else. Very prompt service, and a phone call when one of the items I ordered was going to be delayed. I'll certainly keep using you guys if you keep up with teh same amazing service
