Good experience till you have an issue when you order online with a faulty item. Call center is a bot, they don't reply to emails or when reply it nothing it's resolved.
I bought a PC Case that reached broken and after 10 days solution was them to send parts for me to repair broken feet and metal from the case! After many attempts was asked to return the item where I have to pay for shipping that's the cost of the pc case!
Will file a case in court due to breaching CGA.

You get good prices for what you're getting, but the customer support is hilariously slow, and so is the ordering process. Not the "order now and it ships today/tomorrow" as shown on the website. Instead, it spends a week "Picking" my product, and finally starts being delivered, which took almost another week. Product came as advertised though, no issues whatsoever with the product I ordered.

The advice provided by PB TECH based on my needs and preferences was great! Pricing, a range of components was the clincher in making my decision.

PB Tech is my go to for technology because of their broad catalog that will almost always have items with the specs I need, consistently at the lower end of pricing in NZ, and choice of pickup at various locations in Auckland or shipping if I'm too lazy and willing to pay the modest cost. I've had good experience getting help from sales people in the store when it was needed. I've been using PB Tech for years, and as recently as a couple days ago.
