I use this site to connect with my wife traveling in Europe. We both get dropped often I want to say almost every-time.

Absolutely awful company DO NOT USE!!! I paid nearly £70 for a robot hoover but received a cheap plastic little carpet sweeper and still fighting for my refund and they would only refund 90% but still not paid my refund either!! AVOID!!!!!

Good received, poor quality and shoes did not fit. I requested a return and have not heard ANYTHING from this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I returned some stuff and they told me that they don’t do refunds but a store gift card . I tried to use gift card and they don’t work ! I email so many times to customer service and no response! They just stole my money !

***Not sure my review was removed but trust pilot should not trust these companies and remove real reviews to protect shoppers, maybe Trust pilot isn’t so trust worthy anymore!**

Do not order from here, it’s not a store, it’s an online website that doesn’t not have any merchandise, they take your money and your lucky if you get your order, if you do, it will be shipped from China so most likely a fake version of the brand.

There are a ghost co.phone # does not work so does there e-mail no order # tracking # no way to contact them but they sure took my money. They have several other co. different name operating same way big scam

They steal your money.

This company is a scam. The clothing quality was bad so I had to return. I received an automated email from them saying that my refund was complete, but they never refunded the money to my account.

I tried getting in touch with customer service, but never received a reply from anyone after sending multiple emails.

After waiting a month and still no refund, I actually had to open up a case with Paypal and prove to them that I returned the items.

Maybe it's a poorly run business, but something like this is unethical and should not be happening.

Fraudulent company. Never received order, they emailed me saying that there was a change in management to string me along. Filed a dispute with my credit card.

I ordered a set from them in May of 2022. It is JUNE of 2023. I have never received my order and although promised they would refund me via venmo for the order I still, after multiple follow ups to them, have received nothing. Don’t order anything from them and do your research if they go under new ownership and change names and branding. No excuse. They are thrives who owe many refunds.

Ordered something nearly a year ago, received and email from them last July saying they changed ownership and to have patience. Still never received anything - responded to the email and the email is no longer in service.

What an absolute disappointment! Ordered pj’s for a bridal party, the order arrived late and sizes were small. Returned the products after being told I would receive a refund. Have not receive anything but the run around. Even after reporting them to the better business bureau and promise of a refund there has still been no refund issued.

This place is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are not a real company and you will never receive your order despite paying for it. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I returned an item in December, received confirmation of return from both post office AND the company. No refund. They have ignored all correspondence since they confirmed they received my item. Now I’m trying to go through my bank! The item I ordered was also NOT as described!!

Would give them a --O if it was an option.  I placed an order for a sweatshirt well before Christmas and they give me a tracking number, which didn't work.  After filing a dispute with paypal (even though it wasn't their fault), my package happen to show up after Christmas when paypal got in touch with them. 
I then returned the package since it was so late, and still haven't received my refund (it's been well over a month).  Once again, filed a dispute with paypal, and they graciously processed a refund for me. 
They don't answer their phone, don't return email messages, and are overall just take your money!!
Highly recommend you not purchase a thing from them.  They are a SCAM!

After a year of nothing and no money back… Someone finally contacted me back and asked for my PayPal or Venmo info on 1/14/23… I sent it and then nothing again!!!! I just can’t believe someone like this is still allowed to stay in business… so disappointing!!!!

Do not buy from this company! I bought an “Essential” hoodie sweatshirt and all of the letters were missing on it. The sweatshirt as 79$. The company does not answer their phone and does not return emails.

ZERO STARS ! It’s been almost a year and never got my order!! You can never get someone to reach back to you and if they do it’s a bunch of crap anyways !!! They owe me $288 from an order I never received from April 2022!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE PLEASE AND save your MONEY! They will take it and NOT GIVE IT BACK ! Don’t buy from this shop the items sold are not genuine. I purchased an essential hoodie from this site under the impression that what they sold was legitimate. I paid like it was but to my disappointment the item was a fake. When I emailed them (only form
of contact) I was told to follow the instructions of refund policy which requires you to pay for the refund before you can explain reasons for return. I was disappointed with the product, customer service and return policy. Next time I will just order from Amazon they sell the same stuff. Scam. Please heed the warning..

Company totally misleads with their products.
To start with their title, they've put Los Angeles on under there logo to give the illusion its a boutique brand from the US. Which In fact all the products come from China.
The top I purchased and then received is completely wrong. It's your typical what you ordered off "Shein" verse what you received.
Top had no tags and there was absolutely no paperwork in the package. Seems very dodgy!
When you look on the website they say returns cost $5 processing to return which I've never heard a company do that. Differs you from returning.
Also it took over a month to arrive!
Ordered a size XL (Normally a small Medium) because I wanted a looser fit and I can barely fit the top!
Please do not order from here and save your money. Everything on their website isnt even very cheap but feels incredibly low quality.
Really wish I saved my money on this one and hope

OMG….be careful, the item you order is completely different from the one you will receive….and no refunds! They don’t respond for a very long time only if you dispute the charges. I am taking them to small claims court!
