Took my money. No items received.

Order arrived. Felt fake. Wrong size. Had to pay $23 to return as they made me pay the return shipment even though it was a wrong size. Never got my exchange back. Never my money back. Scam do not buy from this company!

DO NOT ORDER, POTENTIAL SCAM

30 Dec 2022: Ordered
3 Jan 2023: Email notification that shipment is on way
During this time I received two tracking numbers via SHOP and their own tracking but neither led to any whereabouts of my order - showed that the order was still in China GuanZhou
19 Jan 2023: Email saying shipment has not been delivered yet but it will soon. At this point I made some comments on their IG page but for some magical reason after making those comments the IG profile shut down (“user not found”).
26 Jan 2023: finally received a notification from Auspost saying shipment is at sorting facility.

Let’s see if this is legit my order or yet another bogus notification.

Funny how their website still has the notification that their ordering system is down. Two weeks and still not resolved - very bizarre for an e-commerce store in this day and age.

Am leaning towards scam bogus fake company but let’s see what / if something arrives. Shame I only read the reviews AFTER I had made my purchase on 30 Dec 2022.

I ordered a sweatshirt in April of 2022. After multiple emails and DM's on IG, little to no responses, I got a message saying there was a delay in shipping. It is now January of 2023 and I still have not received anything from them. SCAM!

Won’t take returns

Extremely bad customer service. I bought a sweater. I’ve been wanting to return for 2 months now. They have been ignoring my emails after the first 3 advising me I was in line to return the sweater.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordered a sweatshirt. Was told all orders ship within 3 days. Multiple emails later, most unanswered, we received the sweatshirt 6 weeks later. The printing was crooked and two inches off center. It looked like a kid got a hold of his parents printing machine. Then to top it off, they made me pay for the return label. Avoid this company at all costs!

If I could leave ZERO stars,I would🤨🤨🤔 I ordered 2 items from them on 12-22-22. We still haven't received the merchandise!!! I've sent about 7-8 emails. They responded to 3. And 1 of them they said they sent to the wrong person. They stated that the PO attempted to deliver the merchandise twice. They then sent me an order/tracking #. The PO said the tracking # was invalid and that they haven't attempted any deliveries from the company to our address. I then looked the tracking # up as well,INVALID TRACKING #.......

This company should be shut down!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM/SEND THIS COMPANY ANY$$$!!!!!

Jacket ordered in April, 2022. Item never arrived. Candice replied on October 6, 2022 after many, many emails to customer service that refund would be issued. Many inquires after that about refund status - most recent on January 7, 2023 - 9 months after order placed and still no refund or jacket??? Crazy way to do business.

Not a scam but has some issues

I came across this website when searching google for something specific. I checked the reviews at the time and they were all good. The company was legit so I proceeded to order from them. The first two times were great. Product was as described and pictured. Good price points and quality of items. On my second order, it did seem to take longer than us usual to ship so I reached out to customer support (Diamond) and she was great. Quick response and my package eneded up arriving the very next day. She offered me a discount on my next order since shipping had taken a little bit longer. I declined and told them to save it for one of those unruly customers that have zero understanding of that industry and how it works. I’ve worked in retail before and as a frequent online shopper, I understood that in this situation, it wasn’t the companies fault. That being said, I have since ordered two more times (both within a week of eachother) and that was in March of 2022. I haven’t received anything from those two orders. I’ve reached out to both the email on their website as well as the email I had communications with from before. Nothing. Their social media is still producing posts and the website is still offering sales. But no products being delivered. They did send out an email months later saying that due to supply shortages and shipping issues outside of their control, orders will be delayed but assured that they are getting the emails and working on things. Since I had great service with them prior to 2022, I don’t want to say that their company is a scam but I do want to share my experience since it seems to be a combination of most reviews. I would suggest that they should spend a little more time reaching back out to the people that have spent the money and are waiting rather than posting on social and offering sales on their site if they can’t even get the items or are having known shipping issues. SCAM...The order never arrived...

The order never arrived.... this is a complete SCAM. They even submitted a fraudulent shipping invoice to Amex when I disputed my charge. The "order" was placed 11/11 and I immediately got a bad feeling. I googled and read terrible reviews and knew the sweatshirt was never arriving. On 11/23 I sent an email asking about it and they said 7-10 business days plus 3 shipping days. Then they had the nerve to send a fake .shipping invoice to Amex saying delivered 12/6. SCAM beware

Terrible experience ordering from this brand. The product I received was completely defective and I couldn't get a response from a customer service rep no matter how many times I emailed.

Not quality products or service. Will never order again.

SCAM!

SCAM!! I ordered some clothes back in early November. I haven’t received the clothes and was told I would get a refund. Two months on, no refund and now I’m not getting any responses to my emails. Please avoid! I’m going to have to open a case with my bank to try and get the money back.
