Absolutely amazing ordered 2 16kw fogstars , they called me back to say that they weren't the ones I had wanted. Yet 1 week later called me back and said that they had got replacements and could they deliver. Just arrived as promised . Great communications great price and great delivery service. Will definitely be going here for the inverter.

The order process was straightforward.
Delivery arrived on the promised day, the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful.
However the requested advanced telephone call didn't happen.
A better estimate of delivery time would be better so recipients don't need to be waiting in all day.

Ordered a battery at over £1600 arranged when ordered a specific date for it to come (a week later) checked day before delivery that it’s deffo coming which they confirmed yes took a day off work losing wages waiting for it turns out they couldn’t fit it on the lorry or let me know so day wasted wages wasted they said they deliver it the next day when I’m not in and a neighbour can sign. My neighbour is a pensioner it’s very heavy battery on a pallet so did not accept this as it probably get nicked or rained on now have to fight for a refund they promise the world deliver nothing I’ll buy local from now on even if more expensive at least I know I’ll get it

I had a solar system installed by ITS Technologies and overall had a very positive experience.

Communication was clear from the start and Jonathan was very helpful throughout, especially given the number of questions I had along the way. He took the time to explain things properly, particularly around system setup and export tariffs. He also arranged for the equipment to be delivered by the installers, which was very helpful for me as I have a disability — that level of consideration was really appreciated.

The installation itself went smoothly and everything was completed as expected, with all the necessary paperwork provided (including MCS and DNO documentation), which made setting up export with Octopus straightforward.

The system has been performing well, and it’s clear the install was done properly. I also appreciated the willingness to discuss future upgrades, such as battery storage, without any pressure to proceed.

The only minor issue I’ve encountered is with the WiFi monitoring connection, which can be a bit unstable due to the location of the inverter, but this appears to be more of a setup/environment limitation rather than an installation fault.

Overall, a professional service and I would recommend them to others. I’m seriously considering purchasing a battery from them next when the timing is right.

Slight issue with stock but team were super helpful getting it sorted. Delivery courier missed the notes about max vehicle size but made up for it walking 1/3 mile with pallet truck - dedication! Great customer service

Prompt service, good advice. Delivery was delayed by me at my request due to snow at my property. I advised them to delay it a week, and the proposed new date was met. I’ve now received my new solar panels, which were well packaged on a pallet.

I’m very happy with the 9.6kWh Pylontech US5000-1C system and the quality of the installation. The team was professional, and the batteries were mounted perfectly using the official brackets. However, I’ve knocked off one star due to the delivery process.

The pallet was left as a 'kerbside delivery' on a public pavement, which was quite inconvenient and made securing the equipment a bit of a scramble. If the company could coordinate better offloading or more precise delivery slots, this would be a 5-star service. Aside from the delivery hiccup, the technical side of the business is excellent.

The US3000c purchased is a well constructed and easy to install and use product.

I appreciated the diverse selection of items and the convenience of scheduling a delivery date was a nice touch.
