Dear Reseller Community – I wanted to share our first hand experience of working with ITS as a key partner over the last 3 years. When they first came to market, the model was clunky and the orders took a long time, but they compensated by being commercially dynamic and flexible. Now we invested a huge amount of time and effort into selling their services as they rolled out FTTP across parts of London, dedicating both sales, marketing and engineering resource. Fast forward to 2025, we have had to place ITS on their 3rd stop sell, in addition them having by far the longest install lead time – 120 + days, they have started charging us £500 everytime a customer gives up waiting and cancels the order. The fundamental problem is the model, whilst they say fibre is available at a site or business, very often the fibre is some distance away, they then don’t have permission to work, can’t get a wayleave and the order get messy, our relationship with the customer gets strained and we all lose valuable time and effort. Best avoided unfortunately.

Fantastic support from day one, Lee Stott has been a breath of fresh air, its great to have such a responsive partner to lean on and his knowledge is exceptional.
