It's unacceptable. I was waiting my order for so long time and when I write them back, they replied that because of i was waiting so long, the order is canceled. They could say that they don't have the items that it's uploaded on page and that's all. I will not order anymore from this site and I suggest the same to any client

I’m very happy with my order from IVET! The clothes are beautiful, stylish, and exactly like in the pictures. The quality is great, the delivery was fast, and everything arrived perfectly packed. I will definitely order again and highly recommend IVET to anyone looking for fashionable and elegant pieces.

Produse f slab calitativ! Am încercat să fac retur la produse. Am plătit curier, bineînțeles și ei au refuzat coletul! Nu răspund nici la telefon nici la email de atunci! Nu recomand!!!!!!!!!!!

A nővérem december 2.-án rendelt nekem egy sapkát és egy sálat karácsonyra.A mai napig nem érkezett meg(01.29). Tájékoztatást nem küldenek. A levelekre nehezen válaszolnak. Így majdnem két hónap után sikerült megírniuk, hogy a sapka már nem is elérhető, csak a sálat tudnák küldeni, de ezt is csak azért, mert a nővérem legalább 5 emailt küldött nekik. Vicc ez a cég. Senki ne rendeljen tőlük!!!

I bought a dress and when I tried it on, it was terrible . If I was pregnant it would be perfect. The photos showed a totally different shape.

The most unreliable website. The clothes do not match the images shown on the website. The customer service is inefficient. I made a return and did not receive my money. When I contacted them, they replied with a screenshot showing a transaction made to my account, not a payment order. When I asked for additional proof, they said that was enough. I told them that the money had not been transferred to my account and they said that it was the bank's problem, not theirs.

Bud quality clothes,most unbearable,long time waiting for this take dresses.
Also ,they send me wrong clothes,not from my order and i cant find them on the phone and all emails ignored!
Dont buy from them !

Οχι όχι όχι ! Αγενέστατος ένας κύριος στο τηλέφωνο . Τα ρούχα αργούν να έρθουν δεν τα έχουν όλα διαθέσιμα 1-2 μήνες . Και οι ποιότητα καμία σχέση με αυτήν που φαίνεται στης φωτογραφίες . Παράγγειλα πολλά ρούχα μαζεμένα το ένα ήρθε λερωμένο. Αν μπορούσα να μην βάλω καθόλου αστέρι θα το έκανα.

The items look nothing like the photos you see on the site. They split your orders in 2 parcels and without asking in advance, they charge you twice for shipping. Their customer service is awful, they either ignore your messages or they send you badly translated texts that make no sense. They threaten to charge you with a fee of 20€ if you don't go pick up your package, even when it took them 2 months to ship your order and didn't ask for confirmation before shipping it. They also delete all the comments from people complaining on social media.

I ordered on 13 November.

They say that this order will take up to 30 work days. It is 3 january,and they say the same .
I want my money back,ot the item I have ordered immediately!

I ordered a product a few days ago ! From the phone the dress I wanted looked very nice with nice fabric! When the dress arrived at my home the dress was fake and terrible. It wasn't 30 euro for this lie and joke! Really I'm not going to order from here again..Never !!They show beautiful clothes in the photos and up close its a disappointment!! Horrible website!!Thank you!!

I've ordered 3 items, one arrived after more than a month, other 2 I've never got. I contacted them several times, they just said that there are unexpected circumstances and never told me when I'll get those items, although their delivery time is between 7 and 30 days. After more than 2 months I've canceled the rest of the order. Terrible service.

I ordered dress and I am so mad looks nothing like on the picture quality -0 also material is different then it says on picture scammers!!!

If there were zero, I would choose.
I've ordered two sets since 20 May!
The one of them I received it last week (1 1/2 month later). The quality is bad, but it's ok, value for money.
The other set I have ordered hasn't yet arrived.
And we are in the middle of the summer.
When am I supposed to wear it? In the middle of winter?

Naručite u Ivetu, oni naruče sa Alija ili Temua. Plate smešno, naplate kao da su peške išli po robu. Čekate da stigne iz Kine, pa čekate da se Ivet nakani i prosledi vama. I onda, da biste sebe poštedeli nervoze, jednostavno direktno poručite sa nekih od platformi sami i uštedite gomilu novca.
A ne platite ni poštarinu.

Ότι χειρότερο σε ποιότητα έχω παραγγείλει ποτέ! Στην φωτογραφία φαινόταν εξαιρετικό και από κοντά είναι ένα νάιλον κουρελι

Κάλεσα να ρωτήσω κάτι για ένα σύνολο που ούτε δύο λεπτά δεν μίλησα με τον δήθεν κύριο που μου απάντησε από την εξυπηρέτηση τους και γύρισε και είπε ο Χριστέ μου.
Τότε πρέπει να αλλάξει δουλειά και εγώ στην εξυπηρέτηση δουλεύω.
Έχει ξεφύγει ο κόσμος.
Και έτσι μου χάλασε την διάθεση μου να παραγγείλω από εσάς.
