I read through recent reviews and I found that many have experienced the same fate lately. I too had delivery delay and double charged. Have been trying contacting the customer service but have yet to received any respond from them. I’ve been with them since March 2023. Before this, their customer service support have been very good whenever there’s issue and their responds was quick. I am not sure what happened this time. I hope they will be back on track and solve our issues.

Update 22/11/23 at 12.31pm : I'm am so glad that I gotten a response from them that they are working on resolving some issues. I hope they get better.

Update 6/11/23: Received an email from I'VRE that they have been acquired. They are in process of transitioning. It's sad to see they go. They will email every subscribers a detailed email in the coming days.

Missing orders/shipments, wrong charges on wrong orders and unresponsive customer service

i dont even want to give 1 star. bi=ut no choice .Bad CS and they keep deducting my money w/o give the stock . keep telling me they are waiting for restock . Promise isnt fulfilled . Beware . i m totally disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!

replied fast and attended to my needs quickly when i realised i put in the wrong shipping address

its so late i still havent recieved in 2 weeks, no one ks telling when the perfume are restocked
no one even mentioned tje perfumes are no stock on website.. its a present for a few friends and now theres no point if it dorsnt come on time :(((

Very sleek bottles and packaging. Very convenient size bottles to carry around. It’s also a wonderful way to try out perfumes before buying a full bottle that you might not end up liking. Love this concept!

Communicates with customers when stocks are low, the ability to reschedule and skip subscriptions is great, removes the guess work as to whether I have a range of fragrances for all occassions because after 3 months, you're sure to have something for every occassion.

I shared the I'vre Perfect Trio subscription with my friends, as we all really like perfumes. We love that we are able to sample various fragrances in 8ml sizes, and make sure that they complement our body chemistries before making an investment in full-sized bottles. This subscription is not only cost-effective but also allows us to explore luxurious niche brands without spending too much. Love the prompt delivery and very secure atomisers with pretty packaging make the experience even better! Looking forward to our next month scents ❤️

I heard of this subscription from my brother and I am loving it so far! It's appropriately priced and no extra charge for the more expensive or branded perfumes which is so fair! Thanks to them I can tick off my dream list of perfumes without breaking the bank.

My recent subscription bottles did not have labels on the bottles to indicate the fragrance.

Service is exactly as advertised. Would reccomend if you are looking to try out many different fragrances without the commiment of full bottles every time.

Overall is good, but my perfume glass fall out from casing during using.

Sleek packaging and loving the perfume bottles alot!
