I purchased the cool mat for my cat, the mat does stay cold all day, I would recommend Ivy & Duke, if you want a well made, good quality product.

I love the easy to use website with great choice. Ordered a cool mat for our dog. Arrived quickly and was advised all the way.
The mat was actually one to use on the bed but we have a large Akita so it was just right for him. He spends all the hot days & nights on it. Washes well and dries quickly.

I ordered only yesterday the Coolsoft MenoMat . My Dog has just had surgery and with the increasing heat wave in the south-east I needed something that worked quickly. They were amazing. Sending it promptly and my dog is already lying on it within 24 hours. The product is excellent. I think I may be ordering one for myself!

Really pleased with the dog cooling mat. Arrived next day after ordering . The mat is really well made and super cool to the touch. My dog loves it, she previously wasn’t interested in the plastic type of mat , so I was sceptical about this fabric mat, but, she sleeps on it most of the day and I put it in her bed on the hot nights. I’ve taken it away in our motorhome. Washes well.

We bought the CoolSoft luxury cooling mat. I was dubious. Could it be as good as they make out? And yes, it is...It's amazing. We've had cooling blankets before and thought they were fine, but this one from Ivy and Duke is another level. Really well made, long enough that it would be perfect for me too (if Maple would let me get a look in, which she won't, because she loves it) Its not one of those squishy, gel filled plastic mats that Maple hates. Soft material, washes well and is lovely and cold to the touch - no need to chill it at all. Love that it also has a sewn in flap at one end to tuck a pillow into it. Delivery was quick too. 100% recommend.

I absolutely cant praise this company enough. I have now purchased two of their waterproof loungers beds - one in olive green and one in burgundy. Both are of superior quality and one of the best dogs beds I have ever purchased. Living in the Derbyshire dales, they are brilliant for wet and muddy dogs (we have two labradors). We have one in the house and one in the car. I am not shopping anywhere else for dog beds - thank you

I bought a dog cool mat/blanket from Ivy & Duke before but misplaced it. I knew that this was the ONLY mat/blanket we wanted but when I looked, they were sold out 😞 but wait! The Menomat was a great suggestion as an alternative product as it's versatile and can be used in different ways for both dogs and humans.
I must admit, when it arrived, the dog didn't get a look in. I've slept so well since having this mat. The quality is brilliant and you simply pop your pillow inside the top to secure it.
Orders arrive so quickly that you're guaranteed to be feeling the benefits in approximately 72hrs from ordering, with plenty of updates.
On further browsing I found the Cot and Cotbed mats, a cotbed mat is another alternative for the dog version so one of those was purchased too!
However, no dinner did that arrive when I saw the dog mat was back in stock and bought a new one. Suffice to say there's plenty to go round, so much so, even the cat is reaping the benefits too.
From quality, to price, to speed of delivery, I cannot fault this company.
Stock sells quickly and there's a reason. Of all those we've tried, these are the best we've found. We use them for our 12kg Shih Tzu, 3kg cat and for humans too!

I have 3 dogs, all labradors, aged 5 months, 4 years and 12 years old. Over the years I have bought 2 beds, 2 travel beds, a blanket, and 4 cooling mats. All are good quality, look good and wash well. My most recent purchase was 2 cooling mats. I think Ivy and Duke products are the best I have bought for my pets and will continue to buy their products.

The coolsoft cool mats are brilliant. I bought 1 smallish one to try. Then decided as it felt good, immediately lovely & cool to the touch, I'd get another. Out of stock. But for the same price we were offered a much bigger cool mat, same lovely fabric at half price, so the same price as the original but much bigger....so I bought 2. Quality is lovely. Wash & dry brilliantly too.
We have 2 retired racing greyhounds who love their home comforts, but quickly realised that these cool mats were a bonus in the hot weather.
Good delivery time too.

This is my fourth dog blanket from Ivy and Duke. The blanket was just like the others thick, soft very comfortable and easy to wash and dry. I use the blankets around the house for my golden retriever and they are so convenient to take on holiday and car journeys. Best dog blanket on the market!

I ordered the cooling mat, for my 15 year old dog as he has a heart condition and can’t cope with the heat.
I was sceptical to say the least, and called the company as didn’t know if it would work - as it looks like a think piece of material.
They called me back within a couple of hours, and explained how it worked.
It’s been a game changer, in that my dog wouldn’t lie on other plastic matts and it really does work.
In this hot weather, he will only sleep on the cooking mat, and it works like a dream.
I’ve tried multiple projects from Amazon, and bought on the thousands of reviews. To which none did the job in which he would sleep on, and keep him cool.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but have made the exception in that this actually works, and you can talk to owners with any concerns.

I have just purchased 3 of Ivy & Duke's Coolsoft Pet cooling mat ! and guess what - they actually work, don't expect a thick blanket, these are thin with no toxic lining or filling. Cool to the touch and my three boys are using them much to my surprise ! The price is excellent (on offer at the moment) and delivery very very fast. I am always quick to report anything that is not worth purchasing but in this case the mats are worth every penny !

Fantastic Dog Bed-Highly recommend

I purchased one of Ivy & Duke’s round dog beds at the Scottish Game Fair and it has been a fantastic purchase. My cocker spaniel, Bruan, absolutely loves it and has hardly been out of it since we got home.

The bed is beautifully made, very comfortable, and the green colour is perfect- it has a lovely country feel that looks great in the house. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into the design and quality.

I’m delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend Ivy & Duke to anyone looking for a stylish, high quality bed for their dog.

Excellent. Definitely recommend. Purchased the cooling mat. Arrived quickly. I was skeptical but needed something for puppies. They loved it; in the high temperatures they went and slept on it, played on it. It genuinely is lovely and cool. I was surprised how cold to the touch it was.

It was easy to find what I wanted. There was a sale, so I got the cooling mats at a good price. One of my dogs is using it, the rest aren't bothered. They are washable, which is a plus point and no gel, which will help them last longer. What I particularly liked was an email from the company saying they could no longer offer the cooling mats at the sale price, but referring me to another company that did. This meant I was able to buy cooling mats for both me and my grandson. So, excellent customer service.

I bought the dog cool blanket which has been brilliant in the current weather. Had a bit of a problem to begin with as our dog refused to actually lie on it... However, I had a brainwave and just draped the blanket over our dog as he lay down and presto, he absolutely loves it! My dog and I couldn't be happier.
