This company were great. I had a bad time financially near the end of my trust deed. Sadly lots of problems going on in my life at that time. Once I managed to communicate with the right people at J3, Mark and Jamie, we came to a great conclusion. I am very grateful for their help. Thank you

Pushy bad customer service -

Initially I felt very pressured by Connor to have to have meetings now or you'll miss out etc. I mentioned this and they seemed to get a little better once I was through to next stages - Since agreeing and signing up I have been trying to get responses for 3 weeks - they used to reply instantly and now I am being ghosted. I wish I had chosen someone else for sure - be warned a wolf in sheep's clothing springs to mind

These people were the first people I confided in about my many debts, just after the first conversation, I felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. They were kind, understanding and non judgemental. They sorted everything out for me and it has completely changed my life. If you are struggling and don't know where to turn, please speak to these lovely people, they will do everything they can to help you!

I had some stacked dept and i find out myself paying interest nonstop so deciced to call them but it was a very big mistake. They do everything but merge your loan. If you need therapy and repeat your adress and name numerous times in a call then go on call them.
