Everyone i have spoken to has been extremely understanding and helpful. I was initially very embarrassed about how bad my debts had got and the situation I was in. I was made to feel like I could talk about my concerns without judgement which really helped me to resolve my issues and make the right choice for me without feeling pressured into doing anything I did not want to. I really recommend anyone in the same situation to get in touch as personally I am in a much happier place now I feel like everything has been sorted.

Awful company. The first guy wouldn't give me straight answers when I asked him how much I would need to pay for an IVA and that he would call me back as I said after 1 hour I could not be on the phone any longer. I got called by someone else the following week that said he would call me back and it still didn't happen. I reached out on Whatsapp and had two calls, the second guy was great and really informative. I then got several calls to discuss an IVA and the last person didn't like that I said I need time to think about it, I had been on the phone for 2 hours and it was getting late on the evening. He kept saying the same points and in the end I said I'll leave it. I got a WhatsApp message a few days later telling me the same thing again and that I would end up struggling again in a few months if I don't take this option. Now I didn't think they were allowed to be pushy when it comes to financial decisions. If I change my mind I will speak to Stepchange debt charity not these people.

The staff was very polite n understandable

The people were so patient and kind with me, and it's hard to believe in my current situation that I received so much support from all of you! I am very grateful for every minute of your time! Even when it was emotional and uncomfortable, you all were there for me! Without you all, I wouldn't be able to see the bright light today!
Even now, I still can't believe all these huge worries are gone, after such a long and difficult time...

Absolutely fantastic customer service. They do not judge you and make you feel like you’re being penalised for what has happened.
Excellent communication and they explain everything in detail and in a way you can understand.
