The company was persistent in getting a result despite other parties being slow in responding to their requests for information. I was kept informed of events on a regular basis even when it was simply to say they were still waiting on others to respond. Once the claim had been settled I received payment promptly.

Very efficient
Very efficient in processing with our claim. Staff are friendly and helpful although its been a bit difficult in getting to speak to the person dealing with our case. Apart from that, happy that our case is now closed and can move on.

Sent them 797 medical pages for my…
Sent them 797 medical pages for my deceased husband and a few days later they said they could not go further with his case because he missed two hospital appointments.There was more neglect but they were only interested in his two missed hospital appointments.There is no way they went through all of those 797 pages in a couple of days.
