The service etc was all great and excellent. My only comment would be to issue some kind of timeline at the start of the process. The process is quite long so an understanding of how long it would take and what to expect and when would be useful.

Very good experience, At first had to deal with John Mackay which he was giving me the feeling was not sure what he was doing and moving me around the info. But then Carly took over what an experience , well informed and successfully dealt with my claim . Well done Carly it took longer but worth the wait.
