Very client centred and flexible
I accessed Jackson Boyd through my home insurance policy. Although the answer took some time, this was a reflection of some of the complexities that John at Jackson Boyd had to work through. I found John to be personable and reassuring. He appeared to care about my desired outcome and did all he could to navigate some of the issues before reaching a final solution.

Since first speaking to Ainsley McCabe and then Carly Walker I was made to feel that I was the only case they were dealing with. Professional polite and friendly at all times. What turned out to be a nightmare between insurance companies was dealt with efficiently and I was kept up to date with everything as it progressed. Carly Walker eventually got to the truth and all was settled. Thank you for not giving up on me.
