Very badly packaged. Boots so squashed they were unwearable.

My son bought me a pair of crocs as a present which were to large
I rang the shop and spoke to Emma who was amazing, she talked me though the return process and arranged an Exchange
Once the return was received Emma sent me the tracking number for the Exchange
The customer service skills from Emma was 100%

Absolute rubbish. Put card details in twice but nothing happened. Is it a scam?

I ordered shoes on 11-01-2025 I have not received a email or confirmation and I have not received my shoes

I orded at the beginning of January 2025 they took payment on January 14 th I’ve had no emails to say they are sending out my boots I “Thought” I bought for myself for my up coming birthday. I’ve had nothing is this a scam? 😢

I stumbled across jake shoes when doing a quick Google search for a particular style of Dr Martens. I was a little apprehensive as I'd not heard of the company before and the shoes were considerably cheaper than they are on other websites. I did a bit of research and decided to go for it, I am not disappointed. Communication is excellent, the shoes were delivered within 2.working days and they are brilliant, will definitely be buying again.

Excellent service, shoes were smaller than my wife thought contacted customer service and they were incredibly helpful, shoes exchanged hassle free and with me in super quick time.

I ordered and paid for a pair of men's cotton boots via PayPal. Payment taken and order details received inc a tracking number. A day later they claim my goods are still in my basket and have not been paid for despite my receipt from PayPal. This is a scam to get even more money so I have opened a resolution case with PayPal. I went through the Facebook link so avoid it like the plague.

Absolutely love this shop! Only ever bought online but the selection of footwear/brands is fabulous! Great prices & even better sale prices! Purchased all my summer sandals earlier in the year & just got some extras in the sale 😬 top knotch service from first confirmation email right through to the speedy delivery, will definitely be looking at Jake’s for my winter footwear xx

I've bought quite a few pairs of shoes from this shop over the years and the service has always been great. The staff are friendly and efficient without standing over you and being pushy. The shoes they sell are good quality and are a pleasure to own.

Came across Jake Shoes by chance after looking on line to replace my Fly London boots. They had the style I wanted in the colour I wanted and they were in the sale,to boot (haha). They emailed me to say the leather on one boot was slightly lighter in colour and as it was the last pair did I want a further 10% discount or cancel the order. After looking at the photos they provided I decided the difference was minimal and I went for the offer. They’ve arrived and I’m so pleased with them. I honestly don’t think I’d have noticed the colour difference. I appreciated their careful attention to detail and their honesty. Great customer service! I felt like I was dealing with real people not just a massive corporate organisation. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend Jake Shoes to others :)

Great service. Ordered a pair of 2976 DM Chelsea boots that are now unavailable direct from DM. Boots shipped promptly with free shipping option (received Royal Mail 48 tracked). Highly recommend and will use again. Thank.

Boots are advertised as one price by a sponsored Google ad. When you click through the advert, it takes you to the correct Jake Shoes webpage but with a much higher price. I phoned the company to inform them of the issue only for them to insist they do not sponsor Google ads and that the higher price stands. I don't mind the higher price but I strongly object to the fact that they have no regard for the false advertising and had no intention of correcting the same. Nor did I appreciated being lied to on the phone about the advertising which was right in front of me when they were saying it doesn't exist. I have subsequently send the screenshots and company response to the ASA to follow up and protect the consumer. .

The staff in the shop are really knowledgeable and friendly, really helpful and happy to offer their advice.
Came in a bit unsure on how Dr Marten’s fit and the staff reassured me and made recommendations on what to expect breaking them in and how to get the perfect fit.
