We've used Answer (part of JAM) for many, many years now. We are able to answer most calls during the office day, but it's good to know that they catch anything we miss. The big advantage for us is that also answer our calls outside of UK office hours. Since many of our clients are overseas - and in particualr in North America - that is very important to us. As a professional organisation, we need them to present us professionally with every call they take.
