Have shopped with Jk for over 6 years and am a gold member now (yay)! I have never had an issue with garments, my kids clothes are always complimented and wash well. I have only ever had to return something once and JK we’re so easy to deal with. My go-to for kids clothes :)

Very inconsistent sizing and not an easy returns process. Fast shipping and lovely items but probably won't purchase a lot in future due to the problems with sizing.

An item we received had a small hole in the fabric. When contacting Jamie Kay they promptly replaced the item for me and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Beautiful clothes and great customer service

False advertising
The promotion page on your website (where I placed my order) did not state that the free bunnies needed to be manually added to the cart.
The requirement was only mentioned in the Terms & Conditions (hidden or not prominently displayed) and in a follow-up email (which I did not see before checkout).
This is misleading and unfair, as customers should not be expected to search for fine print or rely on post-purchase emails to understand how a promotion works.

Love the clothing on all three of my kids. Super supportive and uplifting community to be a part of. Have always had great costumer service and what tops it off now is the incredible store in Christchurch with the love, care and attention to detail the staff put in.

My order was returned to Jamie Kay with no explanation from the carrier. I reached out to Jamie Kay’s service team, and they immediately responded with a solution at no additional cost to me.
