Unacceptable service
Unacceptable service, the company doesn't take any responsibility about delivery.
They pass the parcel to the delivery company (say, DHL), and then neither the delivery company, nor the Jamon.de bother to inform me as a client or a recipient about any changes that happening on the way.
DHL website with the tracking number gives wrong info, they don't call recipients if things change, and recipient has to "guess" when exactly they will deliver it and stay at home all day. If a recipient is not at home, there're no notifications, nobody bothers to call and the parcel is sent back. Having experience of working with other similar companies in the UK and the US, I know that there are definitely ways to make service more efficient and client-friendly.
