Jawa Jewelers Opiniones

I received my gold solid rope chain today..I love it..just what I wanted…

My purchase was on time aswell as very nice product. I will be making more purchases.

The peice I ordered was not to my expectations or I'm not sure if anyone's standards. It was also difficult to reach anyone for the return process. I'm currently waiting for my refund. I hope this will be one part of my experience that I can say went ok.

Nice item wish there was more ways to save on items would by more stuff

The necklace was incredible. I get positive comments everytime I step out of the house with it on. Quality is beautiful and I am loving it.

Necklace was nicely packaged. Beautiful necklace.

The chain I ordered is as lovely and sparkley as ever! The shipment was quick and arrived without any damage. The length of the chain was as described, however, the gram weight was not as much as described on the website!

Terrible customer service want call back or email back but the chain is good quality and real gold

Shipment was fast and I appreciate that and I absolutely love my bracelet. They are my favorite go to jewelry store now ! Thank You

All I can say is wow! I’m so happy I chose to buy my chain from Jawa! I will definitely buy from them again!

I love my new cuban

Chain broke after one week without reason (no force or tension). Called and emailed to report many times but no response at all from Jawa. Poor quality and poor service.

The expess shipping took over a week but I do love the figaro chain!

I didn’t realize that the bracelet I ordered isn’t solid gold, but brass plated in gold. I generally do not order fake jewelry as it doesn’t tend to last long. And it’s not filled with diamonds, some of it seems to be filled with metal dots. Not nearly as sparkly as pictured. Not too happy with my purchase to be honest.

Place an order a week ago, sent 2 emails and Nobody has reach out to me. Don’t have a tracking number yet and been calling the phone and nobody answers. I’m starting to believe this is a scam and I want my money back.

I asked you to get In touch with me before you shipped it because I wanted to change the length.
Bottom line is you get what you pay for

i love it. i just thought they would be smooth plain balls.
but i love it anyway…

Quality product and phenomenal customer service!

Great product and fast shipping. Appreciate it!

I ordered a 8mm gold rope chain from Jawa Jewelers. Once receiving the chain I realized it wasn’t what I had expected. I sent it back the following day. About a week later I was refunded my money. Good customer service!
