Great service both ways on time no waiting around and even put our heated seats on ready as it was -1 when we landed ( nice touch ) …. Will definitely use again

Service was great throughout, they were very friendly and straightforward to communicate with.

Contacted as soon as I got through customs, there was a slight delay but they were in constant contact and was not a problem as it gave me time to pop to the loo and then they promptly arrived

Best meet and greet I’ve experienced lots of problems elsewhere. This company is the best I have had all airports can’t match the service and value for money.

I travel regularly and have to use different airports, but at any opportunity to use JBF for "meet and greet" I do. I don't even look for anyone else.

JBF are honest, reliable, polite, respectful, professional, helpful and authentic. They are waiting when you arrive and there when you return. Without doubt the best "Meet and Greet" I have used.

The service received was great, our family arrived at the airport with JBF already waiting for us, we unloaded our suitcases and didn't have to worry about where to park our car and on the way back our car was waiting for us and if home we went, this saved any stress of a taxi service been stuck in traffic or not turning up to collect us at all. We will definitely be using this service again.
