I recently had the pleasure of using Best Mechanic UK for a vehicle repair, and I wanted to share my experience.

1. The mechanic arrived exactly on time, which was a huge relief. They communicated well about their estimated arrival time and kept me updated along the way.

2.The mechanic was not only knowledgeable but also very courteous. They took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle and answered all my questions without hesitation.

3. The repair was completed efficiently, and I appreciate the attention to detail. My car has been running smoothly ever since.

4. Having a mechanic come to my home was incredibly convenient. It saved me the hassle of driving to a shop and waiting for the service to be completed.

5. The pricing was fair and transparent. I appreciated the upfront quote that didn’t change during the service.

Overall, I highly recommend Best Mechanic UK for anyone in need of mobile mechanic services. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality work is truly commendable.

Really helpfull and come out at short notice

Amazing service from JB Mechanics.
Had a broken wing mirror on my yellow car and quoted a ridiculous price from Audi. Thought I'd struggle to find anywhere else but Jonathan came to the rescue! Great customer service throughout and a fantastic repair, thank you very much!

Absolute life saver, Nissan qashqai wouldn’t start, he came diagnosed and explained clearly, sourced a new battery and fitted it. No fuss, quick efficient and reliable service with very good prices. Highly recommend!

Jonathan truly saved my bacon! I was left without a car over Christmas after being let down by another mechanic. Jonathan managed to source a new starter motor, pick it up on the way, and get to me in about an hour and 20 minutes. He then finished the entire job in under an hour. I’m so impressed with his speed and dedication—he’s a total lifesaver. If you need a reliable mechanic, Jonathan is your man!

Incredible service! After breaking down 208 miles from home on our way from Stansted, we were feeling stranded. He arrived within 30 minutes and had us back on the road just half an hour later. Honest, fast, and highly recommended.

Excellent service. Friendly, professional, and very reliable. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I felt well looked after as a customer. Highly recommended

Broke my wing mirror 2 days ago. JB were instant to respond, and sorted it promptly for a great price. Were also flexible around my schedule, so came after work.

Jonathan came out quickly to sort my car, knew straight away what the problem was fixed in no time and also helped me with other issues on my car ie faulty radio and central locking of car. Couldn’t recommend enough and will be using again in the future for my car services.

I received absolutely amazing service today. Everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with real care. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome, and the whole experience felt smooth and stress-free.

You can tell they really know what they’re doing and genuinely care about their customers. I’m honestly so impressed — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone.

Thank you for such brilliant service!

Johnny came out to deal with my car which had smoke coming out of the steering wheel. After diagnosing a faulty indicator switch and hazard switch he explained the costs. Also, how long it would take to complete. I was pleased that the problem could be fixed road side and I didn't have to tow it elsewhere. I was shown the parts and he was friendly and helpful. I will use him again and recommend him to others. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Great guy, came out last minute. Diagnosed my van but unfortunately I have an engine problem.
Will use again 👍

Fantastic service came out to service my BMW 1 service I’m very happy

Techirian came by first thing in the morning, got the work done quickly and efficiently, and provided great advice.

my MOT had expired due to being unwell and the car was due it's service. I called JB and explained the situation. he collected my vehicle on the morning I requested at a time that was convenient.
he had book my car in for its MOT later that morning and he carried out a service afterwards.
I also informed JB that my front passenger window mechanism was broken. JB returned my vehicle that afternoon with no major issues found and a fresh MOT certificate.
JB told me he would find out the cost of replacing the window regulator and arrange to fit it at home.

Called jonny on a Friday evening as I broke down on my way home from work. He kindly got to me Saturday morning to diagnose the problem (alternator) and managed to get one and fit it Monday morning. Fast and reliable service, couldn't have asked for more. Thanks again. Mick Luton.
