JB Mobile Mechanics Opiniones

I called Johnathan in regards to a broken window that needed replacing. Within the hour my window was replaced, now that’s what you call a speedy service. I was completely impressed with their professionalism quick service and all round customer care I will be definitely them again in future thank you so much

Work was 100 percent quality mechanic

I booked a PPI. I trusted him in that moment, but overall was rushed. He noticed something that could be an issue, but I think with more time he would have picked up on other issues which I later found out about. After the day I booked him he was so hard to get hold of.
Good heart but too all over the place for me. On a less busy day maybe I would’ve had a better service. The impact of his PPI meant I bought a car I shouldn’t have.

Ver prompt and professional got my car fixed in less than an hour. Thank you once again!

The work was very professional

I called Johnny on Friday evening as my car broke down that morning, he picked up straight away and came to my location Saturday morning. He diagnosed the issue within MINUTES, went to get the parts and fixed the problem within 30 mins. 10/10 experience, will be going back to get a service soon. Thank you Johnny! ❤️

I got recommended by a trusted family friend I haď a primary inspection on my car. The primary inspection seemed professional however i know the car was old and needed further work. Which I was advised I chose to proceed with the work on viewing of the " professionalism " in first hand sight I booked in the work how ever the mechanic was unavailable due to weather, which I fully understand so I rescheduled. When i rescheduled i made sure my car was I'm a fully closed garage and still didn't turn up on the day we rescheduled for.when I kept calling him he would forward my calls to voicemail so now I have sort and found a better mechanic. However this mechanic is a garage I have to drive to and sort cars out to be able to transport to work.i chose this company cause I was recommended it and 2 they was mobile clearly this company can't not put do work criteria according to there schedule to what THEY BOOK IN. I have to say I would not be recommending to any family or friends stay away. On the inspection of the car I was fully over charged however the way he spoke to me seemed he knew what he was doing

Completed the works very quickly and managed to source a part promptly. Would recommend.

Jonny was incredible! He got the parts for my car and was at my house within a matter of hours. He was kind, efficient and did an amazing job. Would recommend him to anyone!!

JB Mechanics provided an excellent service on my Audi right at my home. The car runs smoothly now, and the convenience of having them come to me made the experience even better. Highly recommend

Quick come and sorted very difficult job when need special tools

I never met a better mechanic. Professional, friendly, honest and so fast on his job.
💯 recommended

A great experience. My husband was in need of urgent mechanical work as his car was in an underground car park in Paddington and couldn't be left overnight. He was busy working all day. Jonathan was fabulous and managed to sort the problem easily, despite the fact that I arranged it all with him from Reading. Very professional and friendly.

Excellent service and professionalism. Communications were excellent and a prompt repair to get my car on the road again. I would recommend!

Had a problem with my automatic vehicle, started .but lost all power when stopped throttling. Called Jonathan who came over in 20 minutes and got it sorted. Will definitely use him as my go too mechanic in the future.

Jonathan came quickly and fixed my car straight away! Turns out it was a very straightforward issue but he told me how to prevent it from happening again and explained everything to me. Very grateful and nice to have someone friendly doing the job in a stressful situation like that :) would definitely call him again if something else happens!

Exceptional service! Was recommended by a friend and I’m stunned at how friendly, fast, and professional Jonathan is. He came within a few hours of calling to change my front brakes pads and discs and all sorted in the same day. He gave me a great deal on the price too! Would defo recommend him to others!

Highly recommend
Fixed my car same day

Positive experience , JB was super fast, friendly and professional . It was a bit pricey ( to me ) but 100% recommend and use his expertise again.
Thank you 👍

Called jbmechanics for a diagnostic on my Land Rover discovery sport as the EML light come on, they came out promptly and effectively assessed and diagnosed my problem. Booked into a garage for the timing chain to be changed. Highly recommend this company for any diagnostic needs anyone has on their vehicle.
