Delivery was smooth and on time. Prior to delivery I had a phone call to confirm the time. One item was collected and another delivered to replace it. Thank you. Glad we have a bungalow so easy delivery for delivery men.

Very fast and efficient delivery
We were told that delivery would be between 7 and 10 working days which was fine with us but a few days later they phoned to confirm that they would deliver the next day if it was convenient. They gave us a time slot which suited us. The next day they phoned to give us an update and arrived within 15 minutes of their eta. Fantastic customer service. They took care delivering the item and the two guys were brilliant. If only all delivery drivers were as friendly, efficient and careful.

I was really excited about my coffee…
I was really excited about my coffee table; it arrived quickly, and the design is perfect. However, I discovered a scratch on one side that I find unsatisfactory if you want me I will send you pictures. I’m very disappointed because the table had so much potential.
