JD Gyms - Liverpool City Centre Opiniones 

I have trained in every gym in liverpool city centre and this by far is the best gym in this area! The vibe and energy makes it so enjoyable to come in here and train and has a good variety of experienced and new members. The staff is always on hand to help with anything and the new equipment is sick! I’d definitely recommend to anyone else to join!

I loved the equipment and space, well lit It should close around 23:00 which is a bit early.

Iconic building set out over 3 floors. Great range of classes with high energy instructors covid guidance in place! Very happy with new leg kit! If you take fitness serious this is the place to be

JD Gyms Liverpool is full of the most amazing people and the facilities are very clean. Staff really helpful and make the place what it is in light of the clear neglect from above in terms of equipment repairs.

Toilets are a disgrace, not stocked, overflowing sanitary bins, t dirty tissue leading through to changing rooms, dirty floors, surfaces and toilets in general.
Went to report this to a member of staff and sure enough nobody is around to sort the issue out at hand.

Would be 5 if all the weight machines had pegs but there is like one per 3 machines

The equipment is very worn and shabby - pads are torn with stuffing exposed, the counts on most equipment aren’t working and the general condition of all the kits is poor.
The facilities themselves are clean and there’s plenty of Covid safety items in place.

No cold water in shower if You use sauna. No dip bars. Rest is all right.

Good gym but VERY BAD customer service! It is a complete disaster when it comes to the later!

I have cancelled my subscription at a point in time but they still took 2 months of my money after the month I had cancelled (that is 40 pounds!). I have called them many times to report that my money has been deducted (even though I cancelled my subscription at the time) but they have never responded to my call and haven't bothered to call back up to today!

They have good promotions but as mentioned above the customer service is one of the worse I have ever seen. You should be prepared for this experience before you subscribe with them.

Showers need to last longer than 5 seconds. This gym is not for the self-conscious. There's practically a waiting list to use any of the weight machinery. Would perhaps be better to have some weight machines on other floors for those who prefer to workout in peace rather than amongst hustle and bustle. Gym is busy at all times of day so there is no way to avoid the crowds.

Used to be superb but now has lots of broken equipment and people keep taking the pins so you can’t use machines.

Good gym lots of equipment but lots of people, very busy. You can’t book the classes which makes it difficult to plan, planned to go a few times but then been too busy and had to go to the gym. A booking system would be great

Gym is okay. Joined as needed a gym to go to while moved semi locally for a while. This was the best options out of the ones there are. A lot of machines are broken or don’t work properly. Very basic. Does the job just. Music if often far to loud to the point you can’t hear your own music through headphones which again understand need music in and it’s for the vibe of the gym but it would be nice to have the option to use my own headphones without damaging my ear drums with how loud mine are to try and hide the gyms music.

It's a big gym and lots of equipment. However, I'd say the target demographic is 18 to 35 as its often like a nightclub. Music always blurring.

Machines are very good but frustrating when it say Put Key Back In in red writing. Means you have to go another machine.

Overall, the gym has potential to be 5 stars. Just annoying little things frustrate me.

Great staff, friendly and always willing to offer advice. Would be a five star rating if showers had a consitant temperature. Generally scalding hot or too cold.
