JD gym Liverpool City Centre great gym with fantastic staff ensuring members are happy and satisfied with the gyms facilities also any lost property is very safe if left there to as I left my wallet there and all was in tact and returned.

Sam's body pump classes are the best thing in Liverpool! She always brings great energy and keeps the classes fun. I definitely feel a lot stronger because of them.

The classes here are fantastic and varied. You’ll have a Christmas spin with kerryn then some dance music spin with Sam and then Sunday with Maria will just finish your legs off with that energy she brings every week. Body pump is a must do to combine some cardio and weights all into one, or some Pilates which is fantastic for your core. You can then top them all of with some yoga which is defiantly needed after a long week in the gym. (Some evenings but especially a Sunday morning. Perfect)

I really enjoy Kerryn’s spin! Every week Kerryn does a new playlist and the energy is always fab! Love starting my mornings with Kerryn’s spin.

Fantastic place to work out, great atmosphere and excellent facilities. The gym is spacious l, modern and well equipped with a wide range of machines and free weights. Staff are friendly, welcoming and happy to help.
The Summer’s Zumba class was absolutely brilliant and full of positive energy. Music was upbeat and fun, creating such a lively atmosphere that made exercising feel like a party rather than a workout.

UPDATE: came in this morning and the music was at a normal level, so I am giving you another star as you actually listened to the feedback!

Good gym well kitted out, toilets stink a bit and the music goes through your own headphones and explodes your ears it's that loud... please turn it down, it really doesn't need to be that loud to create a vibe.

I've been a member of JD Gyms for a few years but pilates and spin with Sam are definitely my favourite classes. A great instructor who always offers variety with every session!

I went to Julia's yoga flow on a Sunday morning, and it was the perfect balance of relaxing atmosphere creation, and strength-focused poses so I still felt like I had a good workout. She paces the class well, and clearly describes how to move in and out of poses, as well as moving around the room to demo from the best angles 🤩. The relaxation at the end with the calming spritz was a lovely touch 🥰.

A decent gym but I LOVE the classes, Sam, Rebecca, and all of them put so much energy into them and I always leave feeling strong

Julia's Sunday morning yoga class is the perfect start to your rest / reset day. She is such a knowledgeable, kind and patient teacher. If you haven't tried her class yet be sure to check it out, you won't be disappointed! Truly an amazing teacher, thank you Julia! Namaste.

Great classes in particular Body Pump with Sam. The classes are the main reason for me being a member at this gym.

Just wanted to say how great the spin classes are - Sam, Rebecca, Kerryn, Stuart and Vicky all do a sterling job!

I’ve been a JD member for a year, gym is great overall but I basically come solely for the classes! Sam’s BodyPump and Pilates are amazing, and the Sunday yoga is such a nice way to round out the week. The group fitness equipment needs an update but even still, it’s absolutely worth it for the excellent instructors! Highly recommend.

These are the best plilates classes I have ever had. The instructor is very helpful in explaining all the exercises and moves. A friendly environment where everyone could operates and makes you feel welcome. You will feel great and get the results for optimum health and physique...

Such a good gym, pilates was amazing with Sam! Just make sure to get there early to get a space 🩷

Loved the Pilates class with Sam, it’s good to have classes that you can follow to change the routine of just going to the gym and lifting weights. Definitely recommend to try it!

I enjoy the classes, especially the Pilates classes with Sam. Always very thorough, she is always open to suggestions and carries everyone along
