Amazing classes by Kayleigh , who pushes you and give great advice in classes and is friendly to all
Sams bootcamp classes are brutal but great with always a great turnout
Would really like to see more ab classes on of an evening
Toilets need regular checks and cleaning and soap dispensers can be empty for days at a time - though this can be easily sorted😉

No air con, always breaks down, left without it for weeks on end, message them they say awaiting parts, same old same old. Going elsewhere - would not recommend atall.

Kayleigh does a brilliant body pump class every Monday. I moved from West Brom to Oldbury because the environment is cleaner and the equipment is better.

Customer service is a absolute joke !!!
I've requested to simply downgrade my membership and its taken almost a month for them to reply saying they will cancel the membership but after they take the following payment for the next month too ? I simply wanted to downgrade and its taken such a effort for someone to not acknowledge my request and tells me there cancelling and now I'm thinking how long will I be waiting for my response now ... its just not good enough compared to other gyms ... Also the barcode scanner to get in and out is also terrible and constantly have issues and see others having the same problem.

I have been coming to JD Oldbury since it opened, it is by far the best gym in the area - new equipment, super clean and helpful staff and personal trainers. Kayleigh has been especially supportive throughout my time at JD Gym!

Great gym and friendly staff, the manager Adam is exceptionally helpful and very friendly.
I do personal training with Kayleigh and I can’t express how much she has changed my life. She has helped me to rebuild my confidence and gain knowledge in the gym I really enjoy my sessions I couldn’t imagine training without her!

I previously frequented Pure Gym, but found it to be quite small compared to JD Gyms. Ever since I made the switch, I've been actively engaging in personal training sessions and attending regular classes, thoroughly relishing my experience here. Presently, I receive personal training sessions from Kayleigh, who is truly exceptional! She continuously motivates me to achieve the objectives we established initially, leading to a considerable boost in my confidence both at the gym and in my personal demeanor. Moreover, the gym maintains impeccable cleanliness and orderliness, with the staff consistently displaying a cheerful willingness to address any inquiries.

I’ve been going to this gym since it opened and would never go anywhere else. The equipment is of a high standard, and never broken. The PTs are so friendly and welcoming, they always make time to say hello or answer any questions.
I PT with Kayleigh there, and she has really pushed me to live up to my potential, and puts on the best classes!!
