Fantastic classes, great energy and hard work.

Nicky's spin, circuits and JD Burn classes are brilliant! She makes you work hard and then feel amazing afterwards - no slacking allowed! Would highly recommend.

I’ve been going to this gym from day 1. Always enjoyed my time here. It’s a clean friendly environment. Have to say, tho, the best thing about this gym is Nicky Moore! What an inspiration! Always there to push and encourage everyone. Every class is different and enjoyable but tough! Would not be the same without her. She’s an asset to this place.
Also enjoy Martins Burn classes. He manages to do something different every time so we never get bored!
Thanks to both instructors. Let’s hope they’re here to stay!

I plan my week around Nicky Moores burn, spin, boxfit and circuit classes. Amazing classes, filled with so much energy especially when you are at the point when you tell your self you are ‘tired’!! Amazing 👏🏼

I started Zumba with Rachel to build my confidence and I have lost weight, found friends and enjoy attending the classes that she does. There is never a class where we don’t laugh, and that’s even when she is pushing us.
Recommend it 🌟

Rachel is a fantastic inspirational instructor, w we ho makes everybody feel welcome. I never knew Zumba could be so much fun !

JD Warrington

I just wanted to give an open and honest review of JD Gyms (Warrington) I have been at this gym since the bad old days when it was xercise4less and hats off to JD and the whole JD team for turning this place around and making it into a premium gym under the JD brand! The gym is well positioned, has a fantastic range of equipment and lots of friendly faces! The classes are varied and cater for all levels of fitness and endeavour….but I do want to highlight one instructor in particular….the inimitable Nicky Moore! Nic offers spin cycle classes and a mix of circuit and high energy circuit classes at times throughput the week for everyone to take advantage off. For those new to a gym who want some reassurance and help…or for those who might’ve lost their mojo for fitness or if you just need a kick in the ass….go and see Nicky and book onto one of her classes. Nic will guide you through the class….help you when its needed, guide you when it’s appropriate and will ALWAYS give you a wonderful, bright and sunny smile! You will come out of that class knowing you have had a workout…..but…you will be confident and have a real feeling of accomplishment.
So, take a bow Nicky Moore….you are one in a million!

I have been a gym user for let's just say "a long time" JD has all the facilities I need for either an independent session or to join in a class. I find the most challenging classes to be run by Nicky Moore, her spin classes are motivating and push you to your limits, great instructor, great music and no two classes are ever the same.

Super Saturdays with Nicky Moore.

Nicky is without a doubt the best PT and spin instructor I’ve trained with in 20+ plus years of gym attendance. Her spin/burn is suitable for all levels, but if you need pushing up hill (like me) then Nic’s the woman for the job. Over 1000cals burned on a normal Saturday…perfect for a guilt free weekend! I hope JD Gyms appreciate what an asset she is!

Nicky Moore Boxfit/Spin/Boxing
I have been training at gyms for over 30 years and never met anybody quite like Nicky Moore. Her passion, inspiration and content of classes is fantastic. I go to the majority of her classes including Spin 4 times a week, Boxfit, Boxing and Burn. To mix up the content of each class as she does, is an absolute credit to her. She has a fantastic following of regulars which is testament to the effort and thought she puts into each and every class. If only I’d found Nicky 30 years ago when I started out on the fitness path!!!!!!

Zumba
The Zumba classes with Rachel are energetic and fun with great routines to great music. She’s an amazing instructor and I would highly recommend her classes.

I love going to Zumba with Rach! I only joined for the Zumba class and thanks to Rach being so welcoming is the reason I’m still going! It’s so fun and we all have a laugh in the class as well. She has so much material and doesn’t even feel like exercise. She talks you through everything and always does it with a smile.

Zumba has been the highlight of that gym especially Rachel who runs an amazing class every week without fail.
It has introduced me to some of the most lovely people and just a feel good session all round!

I have brought so many friends and family members and they say the same with how enjoyable Rachel makes the class!

Rachs zumba class is the reason I joined and why I am still a member! I was recommended this class by a friend and have recommended it to multiple friends! The class is so fun and lots of different dances so not repetitive! Rach is welcoming with everyone!

I recently joined the gym specifically looking for some sort of dance Fit program. I was not disappointed with the classes offered and the instructor Rachel. Zumba has become a real favourite of mine and fantastic for weight loss ! Above that though I found a great group of social friends who shared a love of dance and fitness and I look forward each class to the jokes and banter.
On a special note Rachel as an instructor is incredibly energetic, happy, friendly and approachable. She makes the classes varied and enjoyable for all skill levels.

Very well equipped and good atmosphere. Great place to work out. Range of available classes is wide too, very pleased!

I’ve been a member of the gym for 2 years now. I started Rachel’s Zumba class back in January 2022, for what was suppose to be 4 weeks to get my cardio up and I’ve never looked back since.

Rachel is a fantastic instructor and incredibly welcoming to everyone who shows up to her classes. Her classes are packed with energy and friendly faces that keep coming back for more.
