Great gym & absolutely LOVE Zumba with Rachel! I’ve been going for around a year, every Monday and Wednesday. It’s always so fun & puts me in such a good mood ☺️ definitely recommend!x

Rachel’s Zumba
I enjoy every session with Rachel for Zumba, it really lightens up my mood. There’s no pressure to do anything right it’s just a fun, welcoming atmosphere

Fantastic class for all ages and fitness. Zumba with Rach on a sun, mon and wed. So much fun and everyone is made to feel welcome. Rach always make me feel motivated and i look forward to her classes such a great instructor

Absolutely love the Zumba classes, literally count the days until the next class. Very energetic, mood lifting & friendly. Mon, Wed & Sunday are just not enough!!
Rachel is wild and makes everyone in the class feel welcome & happy & the playlists are awesome. No class is the same so get a good workout every class.

Absolutely love Monday and Tuesday body pump class with Michael.
He is so profesional trainer always ready to help and explain everything.
Class is so powerful and I feel so good every time I finish it.

Ratchels zumba class is amazing we come out shattered and mentally very happy 😊

I joined Jd gym recently after not stepping in one for years. I mainly go to the classes - best ones so far are burn with different instructors, boxing with Nicky and Zumba with Rachel are fun and you certainly get a work out! Yoga on a Sunday with Tim and Pilates with Carol on Wednesday are also great. So far enjoyed all classes attended some are busier and sometimes it’s a bit trickier to get equipment in combat class but instructors have given up theirs to make sure everyone can join in.
The only thing that would make the women’s changing room better is another mirror area with sockets ( there is another two big mirrors but no sockets near by) in the mornings it gets very busy with everyone trying to get ready for work. Also a separate accessible toilet not in the changing rooms as often people are getting changed in the toilet cubicles. It other than that everything is great 👍🏻

Zumba with Rach is the best class going! I make every class (Mon, Wed and Sun). Even if I’m feeling rubbish I take myself to Zumba because it’s like therapy the way it turns my mood around. The Sunday morning sessions just hit differently! I love the fact there’s no pressure to get the moves correct, it’s just about moving your body and having fun! (Which we do! 🤭) it’s honestly such a good laugh! Would highly recommend Rach and her Zumba class, she’s a brilliant instructor - the best! 💜

Fantastic selection of classes especially Rachel’s Zumba class on Monday , Wednesday and Sunday , high energy and always work up a sweat with a great play list . Also brilliant circuits on a Saturday morning with Nicky 👍

I've been coming to this gym since it opene well when it was exercise for less! I go to the classes mainly zumba with Rachel, it's high intensity, fun and you feel amazing afterwards, the class is such a large class, there are different routines so no class is ever the same! Rachel is just amazing, she can read a class and what they want! New faces that join she makes sure there comfortable! Having the class on, 3 times a week is amazing, the times are great! She should get more credit for what she does as her class is the busiest the most fun! Never change or lose Rachel she is a credit to the gym!

Love Nicky's spin classes. She is a true professional with loads of appeal. Her classes are so varied, you never know if you'll be sprinting, stomping, climbing or trudging, but one thing is consistent, a great workout and lots of fun!

To be honest JD Gyms in Warrington is the best I’ve been to. The boxfit classes with Nicky on a Thursday are the best , she really pushes you and motivates you to reach your full potential. The last 6 months I’ve really got into the gym and working on loosing weight so this is a highlight to my week ( it’s still HARD WORK ). But her commitment to the gym is inspiring & it’s rubbing off on me haha :)

I joined JD many years ago and have been really impressed by all Nicky Moore s classes. I tried several classes but picked all Nickys. Often teaching 3 classes on a row, Nicky puts 100% into them. Setting everything up in advance and making extra efforts at Xmas or when there is someone's birthday. Nicky tailors her classes to any level and she is a great motivator and a natural leader that pushes you to always do more and praises your hard work. She is funny and lovely and I have a great time at her classes and feel a sense of achievement at the end.

I’ve been a member of JD Gyms for just under a year now, and have loved getting back into fitness at their Warrington gym.

The one class that has motivated me to keep showing up time and time again, is Nicky’s spin class. My friends and family have started to comment on how often I’m at one of her classes because of how much I genuinely enjoy them!

I came to JD gyms after trying to find a gym that met my needs. After looking at the timetable and class content I decided to give it ago. Although the content looked good I had been disappointed at other gyms. My first class I decided upon was Spinning and from the day I walked into the room the welcome from Nicky Moore, the Class instructor was like no other. This encouraged me to keep going, it became apparent that Nicky was a fundamental part of JD and her classes extended to JD burn, Circuit Training, Boxercise, Boxing and Spinning (of which I do all) Her classes are always in high demand but no matter what she thinks on her feet and aims to never disappoint anybody. I’m glad that I decided on this gym and find Nicky’s hard work and dedication inspiring.

Really nice and convenient Gym BUT could do with an introduction to the machines and proper use and form on each machine. Even if this was a chargeable extra then it would be an idea.

I can’t recommend enough Nicky’s classes at JD Warrington!!
I remember the first day I accidentally went to one of her spin classes with no expectations as I always used to hate classes on other gyms. I absolutely loved them and since then all her classes are part of my daily routine. The amount of effort, commitment, planning and fun she puts into them are unexplainable and only living them can better show how good they are. Having different music and different classes everyday you just simple never get bored they are absolutely fantastic.. what else can I say?! I just loved them so much!! They are brilliant and Nicky is definitely the best gym instructor I ever had..the way she motivates her crew, the atmosphere she promotes ,the kindness she shows when there are no bikes left and she has to give a class on stage singing and dancing for us,I mean there is no one like her in this world!
Spin class today was a total fun!

I’m a member of JD gyms mainly doing the classes there, this is where I came across the most dedicated gym instructor I have ever had the pleasure to meet, her classes are always in high demand, of which I do boxercise, JD Burn, spin and boxing, Nicky always manages to accommodate everyone, thinking on her feet to extend the class to fit everyone! Even down to cheering us on after giving her own bike away. Nicky is dedicated to her profession and takes great pleasure in watching other people grow and achieve their gym goals. She is a valued member to the JD team and an absolute legend to all of us that thrive doing her classes
