Be well aware of this disgraceful company!
I have participated in a promotion and my qualifying bet won, hence I wanted to do a partial withdrawal..did not actually care that it will fortfeit my bonus..
To my surprise my withdrawal was pending and after a few days , I was informed that my account is suspended and my winnings are revoked as I breached their T@C's ...absolute disgrace!

If I could give no stars I would!! I won £38.00 and made a withdrawal request which was unsuccessful; but trying to rectify the issue has become a nightmare!! Rude customer service and fobbed off multiple times!!! Still waiting for my money over 24 hours later when I was told an hour!! Awful experience!!!

Where to even start with this company. I deposited £10 to get £30 bet I won £375 but had to re bet all of the money and the maximum I could win was £200 which I did. This was on the 5th April and yet I have still not received the funds. They say they have a live chat though I do not know how you get on to this so called live chat, after emailing back and forth they said they attempted to deposit the funds onto my debit card and my bank declined it, I contacted my bank who confirmed they did not decline this and would not decline a credit, I had to provide new debit card details with a different bank at first they asked I deposit more funds to do this which I would not so they said an unsuccessful deposit would work I did this and provided my ID yet again they are saying the transaction declined. They clearly do not want to payout. Avoid this betting site they are scammers

I signed up to take the free bet whilst the World Snooker tournament was starting.

I signed up and met the requirements to qualify for the free bet.

I deposited £20 and qualified for the free £30 bet with a £10 stake.

I was then given the free £30 bet that I'd signed up for.

The free bet won, and is showing up in my bet history as a winning bet.

I spent the bank holiday weekend watching the snooker match that I'd placed the bet on, and at this time I had been enjoying the site.

I deposited a further £20. I later withdrew £15 and I do recall it saying I would lose a bonus. But I thought this was referring to a casino bonus as I had been given some free spins that I wasn't interested in, so I agreed and withdrew the £15.

I then found out the free bet had won, and I was waiting for the amount to show in my account. When it didn't show I contacted help, but I was just told the free bet was a bonus and I'd lost it by making the withdrawal, and referred me to the terms and conditions.

This seems very poor, and very unfair, and not reasonable at all. I think I did read the terms and conditions, but this wasn't clear at all. I didn't understand that I'd lose the free bet if I made a withdrawal. It simply wasn't  clear. 

It's usual to be given bonus funds in a casino. I'm only interested in the sports book, and the casino doesn't interest me, I didn't want a bonus with 30x waging reqirements as its almost impossible to win.

I didn't realise that the free £30 bet on the sports book was a bonus, it's very different to any other sports book. If I knew, I wouldn't have withdrew anything. Why would I cancel a free bet that had won? It just doesn't make sense.

As far as I'm concerned the bet was placed fairly, and I'm owed the winnings.

I had been enjoying the site but I now feel cheated. I don't want to place any more bets in case I hadn't understood the terms and conditions properly. And the terms and conditions are unfair because they're unclear and different to other sites. Who gives a free bet as a bonus with waging requirements? What else have I potentially misunderstood? Why would I cancel a free bet that was winning?

None of this makes sense to me and I won't be using it again.

They do not even deserve single star. Played slots around £1100 and not won anything. It's completely rigged. I have good experience for slots of around 4 years on multiple sites. But I can say this site is 100 percent rigged

I won £10000 Saturday sent all the documents they have asked for but still keep telling me there being verified is there a legal advice I can seek about this noway am I letting this go

Placed a £10 bet got the bonus but would not let me use it so massaged then about the problem then I got account temp suspended???
Emailed again and day later they sent email back saying
Thank you for your email.

This casino is a raw sewage, dumpster juice masterpiece. If you don’t like winning, with bonuses where you win nothing, you are in the right place. Other casinos, if I spend 60 I can usually win something but not at jeffbet. I thought the offers were intriguing but that’s just to lure you in then the money grab…. Not only that but every time I attempt to play something I have to log out close everything and long back in..,,there slogan should be “you won’t win we promise” please don’t give them your money.. much better sites to give your money too…,,, very un fun period!

Absolutely shocking site! Constant lags impossible to check a bet slip. No cash out option. The worst part is they offer a £30 free bet option when you place a £10 bet with them. I placed a £10 bet and received my free bet money. I placed £30 on a football match and it won £281 which then went into a bonus pot no idea what this meant. The £10 bet I placed also won so I withdrew the money. The minute I withdrew my winning the bonus money disappeared. I spoke to a very abrupt and rude lady on live chat called simona who advised me it's there terms and conditions if you draw out your winnings you lose all your bonus money. Absolute joke of a site! You couldn't even bet the bonus money until you have used all your winnings. I have never seen such a corrupt betting company in all my life. Still no sign of my winnings either.

Placed a £10 bet today 14/1 winner no promo attached to it. Customer service shocking and sent all ID twice and still pending as is withdrawl. Odds checker are advertising this company. They need to be held accountable too for advertising such a blatant corrupt and fraudulent website who just takes your money no risk to them.

Stay well clear of the betting site. Customer service is atrocious. Grand national offer was a total joke. Worst bookmaker i have ever delt with. Account closed faster than it was open!!

I backed winters song at Yarmouth 4,25 it won but bet was deleted after, I can't find out why,,I never got payed out, I am not happy with them

Unable to log in and no free bet applied. I wanted to do the Grand National.

Tried to use grand national promo, awful website very confusing. Despite depositing monies they said I didn’t do it correctly so surprise surprise I didn’t get the promotional offer. Do not touch this company. You can't get your money out. Finding your betting slip is impossible, their offers do not exist, they are a scam

My withdrawal has been pending for 14 days despite uploading all documents. £3700 might I add, no updates. SCAM!!!!

They have now emailed saying I have breached terms and revoked my winnings, blocked my account!

I would advise everyone who has had issues to go on resolver initially. We all need to get together to stop these crooks!!

Never again! As others have mentioned. I deposited £10 and did not get my £30 in free bets. I contacted customer support but got no response, so this promo seems like false advertisement.
