This is the WORST betting company I have ever had the displeasure of using. They accepted my £30 free bet which should have paid me out £99.90 as the horse won at odds of 4.33. Upon seeing the bet was ‘pending’ I contacted them by chat only to be told that my free bet was no longer valid, and the bet was void, to which I replied why did you accept the bet then. Their answer to this was that it was my fault and I shouldn’t have placed a bet with an expired free bet (surely they are responsible for removing this from my account). Looking at the other reviews this company is clearly a con and should be avoided!! If I could give it minus stars if I could!!

Terrible site! If I could give zero stars I would….. I created an account, placed a £10 bet. Then when that was settled….. no welcome offer free bet….

Stay well away from this website won 167.00 and still haven’t recieved my withdrawal, other withdrawals where in my account within half a hour, this time I’ve been waiting 4 days and still not recieved withdrawal all I get out of live chat and customer support is it is still in review will receive a email when there is a update, live chat and customer support on email have now decided to ignore me when I chat on live chat they say here to help you and then when I say what I am contacting for they totally ignore me, especially Tyler and mark

Just a ridiculous website, don’t use. Sign up offer doesn’t exist if you’ve used a number of different websites before and they don’t make this clear. Customer service are blunt and rude. Just stick to the big ones and avoid at all costs

Do not use jeffbet you will not get paid ifyou win . Every one else also saying this.
ID verification they asking to up load all the documents and always rejecting it.

This organisation continues to spam me 4 or 5 times everyday despite me asking them to remove me from the mailing list. Am a recovering gambling addict and Jetbet does not care about problem gamblers. They just want people to lose money to line their own pockets. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY AND HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE GAMBLING OMBUDSMAN

I strongly advise against using JeffBet (operated by Progress Play) due to their irresponsible gambling practices and terrible customer service.

I am a self-excluded player, meaning I should have been completely blocked from making any deposits. However, JeffBet still allowed my card to be used on another account, which should never have happened.

There are two major issues with this:

My payment method was accepted on an account that was not mine – Most reputable gambling operators have safeguards to prevent deposits from cards that don’t match the account holder.
The card was linked to a self-excluded account – If a player is self-excluded, their card should be blocked across all accounts to prevent further gambling. JeffBet completely failed in this regard.
When I contacted their support team to request a refund, I was met with delays, vague responses, and eventually silence. Despite escalating my complaint through Resolver and eCOGRA, JeffBet continues to ignore my case.

Any responsible gambling site would have prevented this deposit from happening in the first place. The fact that JeffBet accepted it and is now refusing to take responsibility shows that they do not care about player protection or gambling regulations.

I have now taken my case to the Gambling Commission and other regulatory bodies. If you care about fair play and responsible gambling, avoid JeffBet and Progress Play at all costs!

Terrible gaming site even charges you if you win. Whatever you do don't play crazy tikis coz youll be playing for days thinking your tikis are ready to blow as they go huge but they can blow tiny and thats what happens at first so when they get huge you will wait for them to explode and they dont you will lose all your money, guys please don't do it, they give you a win when there tiny before they grow its to keep you playing till you have no money left. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Tried to withdraw winnings to be told beed I'd this was over 2 weeks ago now first lot of I'd was was rejected. Still awaiting verification wasn't even a large amount only £169. Absolutely nightmare betting site avoid at all costs

Had 10£ on number red number 25 and it paid out 220£ I even had side bets

Now please don’t call me stupid but 10£ x odds or 35/1 is £350 ! I have proof ( screenshot) and will now have this investigated and go to IBAS I also had a previous win with number 7 and they said it was all ok but now this happened twice I will go to IBAS and take them to court

Also when you win this the only service where you wait so long for withdrawal and and they charge you to withdraw your funds ! So you win then they take your winnings , % is irrelevant, have some dignity … sorry but after this matter is resolved I doubt this site will be going longer

To be fair I can see why there is negativity. There is a surcharge on every phone deposit (15%) and also when you win your hard earned free sports bets,you have to play through them 10x. However if you read the small print is in there,just would not recommend as it’s so hard to win! Good choice of games and sports markets though

Not sure why there is so many negative reviews for this site, never had a single issue, win as much as you would on any other decent site and the withdrawals are always really fast, usually within the hour! There's a good selection of games and sports. Only thing I would like is bingo added. Would recommend.

Horrible dirty scammers can’t own up to there mistakes

this is the worst casino ever. I'm trying to whitdraw 4000e. they said they couldn't withdraw money to the card because there a limit. I called the bank and they said there is no limit. instant bank also doesn't work and paypal can't be used. They block my account. Document accept.I've thought about taking the matter to court. what if we take this Casino and the company to court together?stay away from this place these are scammers
