It is my opinion that this product is not as effective as claimed. It absolutely did not allow me to just wipe the rust away after 15 minuets or indeed one hour of constantly agitating the jenolite. I did reach out to the company for help or recommendations via their web form and to date have not received a reply.
I would not recommend this product for rust removal. At £22 for 500ml the performance of the product was pathetic. I found a quicker and cheaper method was to use Autosol and a stainless steel buff, this removed the rust in its entirety and brought up the surface of the metal. I had intended to use the Jenolite on vehicle restoration but thought I would give it a try on a lathe restoration and the results were very poor. I won't even bother using it on my vehicles. I was so angry at having spent £22 on something that did not work as promised I have been mulling over taking this up with Trading Standards.

Apparently their products are infallible, wasted 2/3 hours using one of their paints to frost out a small window internally that just wipes off with cloth the next day after initially drying.

Three coats JENOLITE Black Coal Paint burned off after two hours.

Great product Stop and Leak sealer, terrible customer service bordering on dangerous, I used the black leak sealer on a cabin roof, it drains into a water butt, I noticed the water was darker than it should be and I realised the leak sealer was contaminating the water, I contacted Jenolite by phone and the CS man I spoke to didn't know if it would be harmful or not to plants or vegetables which is what I use the water butt for. I contacted Jenolite via there facebook site and didn't get a reply, I then contacted Jenolite by email with 2 questions 1 was answered but not the one regarding contamination of the water, I contacted Jenolite again and as of 4 days later I still have no reply, I have stopped using the water from the butt as I don't know how safe it is as there isn't any information on the spray, I'm not bothered by the fact I can't use the water more bothered by the fact that Jenolite are not taking this seriously or answering my questions.

I had to quickly mend a slowly leaking joint in an old water supply system and the Jenolite mix was sticky enough to adhere to the area around the leak. Job done!

Paint poor in colour and effect, silver rather than Chrome.

I used Jenolite direct to rust spray paint and it's brilliant. Easy to apply, dries quickly and colour true to the tin.
