I have had the same experience as others, and I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Every item is listed on sale so they cannot be returned. You will only find that warning buried on their shipping policy page. In other words, you will not get an alert when you check out ("final sale - no returns), as you do at other stores. The shoes that I ordered shipped loosely in a bag - NO BOX. They arrived WEEKS after they were supposed to (within 9 days, according to their website) and are terrible quality.

This is a scam of a company. For the price , the dress material is terrible. They sent a wrong size and refuse to accept return. I ordered an XS but sent S then said they only have S. They offered 10% refund then upped to 20%. They trick people with good pictures, said they are a Santa Barbara Boutique. Can’t find them on Google Maps to leave a review either.

I ordered some shoes from here and when they finally got here they were cheap knock offs. Nothing like the picture as far as what materials was used. Supposed to be leather and they were a joke! On top of that, they were the wrong size! I have contacted them and I wanted a full refund! Never dealt with a shop like this and won't ever again

I just ordered from them and then found out about this and that they are a scam. I have contacted my bank and they are doing the paperwork disputing the charge. They had to cancel my debit card too. Job loss here. I am so upset. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I would have given 0 stars but it's not allowed. This company is selling fake material n what you receive is nothing like the picture. I tried to make an EXCHANGE and all they would change is the size. Picture says linen/cotton blend....I got polyester. Do not buy from these people you'll be sorry.

I ordered two pairs of pants from Jess & Anne Boutique, order JA3771. The items I received look completely different from the photos advertised on their website.

The blue pants appear to be structured denim in the product photo, but the item I received is made from very thin, cheap fabric and is not denim. The color, material, fit, structure, and overall quality are significantly different. The printed pants also look nothing like the advertised item.

I paid more than $100 for these two pairs and am extremely disappointed. I contacted the company requesting a full refund and return instructions. I also asked them to cancel another order I placed before receiving these items.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing from this website. I am attaching comparison photos so other customers can see the difference between what was advertised and what I received.

Don’t buy from this site. The quality of the fabric is cheap and looks nothing like the photos. It is a scam. They do not refund on sale items but all their clothes look like they are on sale. Stay away!!
