Rip off company

Terrible, ordered a jumpsuit for my hen do, it took 2 weeks to come and when it did arrive it was the worst quality and nothing like the photos. I asked to return it and they offered me a 10% refund (£3.99) when the jumpsuit cost £39.99. How is this acceptable? This company should not be allowed to operate, it's daylight robbery!!

Boots boots for £57.50 from company…

Bought boots for £57.50 from company based in London,boots arrived they smelled bad and were too small all over,the y were supposed to be leather but don't look or smell like it.I tried to return but was told it would be £27.50 and they'd likely be classed as worn by China and refused entry.I asked for some mony back and they would only give £9.50! I doubt i can resell for more than a tenner! Bweare absolute scammers!!!!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star

Wouldn’t even give 1 star, absolutely shocking company and a wonder how they’ve not been shut down. Ordered a suit jacket and it was nowhere near what was advertised. Material was shocking, stitching didn’t line up, 2 sizes too small and not the right colour. I requested a return and refund and instead they sent another jacket without even checking with me. That one arrived after the wedding I bought it for and was exactly the same as the first jacket. I requested to return both items multiple times to which they offered 10% refund, then 15% then 20%. Eventually they provided a return address, a Chinese warehouse, that would cost just as much as the jackets (one I didn’t ask for) to return. They think their company policy, that the customer should cover return costs takes priority over consumer rights law. They should cover the return cost when an item is falsely advertised. It’s clear I’m not the only one from these reviews although apparently according to their website they have 4.7 out of 5 for reviews, another bit of false advertising. Reported to trading standards and hopefully they investigate this scamming company.

Appalling Customer Service – Refusing Refunds for Faulty Goods!

Do not buy from Jesse London! If your items arrive damaged, they will ignore your consumer rights and try to force you into accepting unwanted replacements.
​I ordered an item that arrived completely frayed, faulty, and of incredibly poor quality, not to mention the wrong colour and pattern! I immediately sent photographic evidence and requested a full refund and a return label. Instead of processing my refund, they completely ignored my request and dispatched an unauthorized replacement, even though the event the clothes were meant for had already passed.
​When I formally rejected the replacement and demanded my refund under consumer rights, customer service sent me a generic, copy-pasted script:
​"According to our records, a replacement item has already been arranged and dispatched... We kindly ask you to accept the delivery once it arrives."
​I replied again, making it explicitly clear that I would be refusing delivery and wanted my money back. They responded by copy-pasting the exact same script a second time! They completely refuse to read emails or honor basic consumer rights.
​This company's customer service is an absolute joke. I am refusing the delivery and have been forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Avoid Jesse London at all costs unless you want your money held hostage by a company that relies on automated scripts instead of actually helping customers!

There is no such thing as free returns…CON

There is no such thing as free returns you have to return back to China or Asia at a huge cost also all the sizing is completely wrong. I would not recommend this company to any one it is a complete farce do not be fooled into thinking they are based in London they are not.

Terrible quality

Ordered suit and it took for ages to arrive and when it did it was terrible. Nothing at all like it was described. £65 down the drain. Stay away from it at all cost

The company won’t accept returns

The company won’t accept returns.
Jesse London does not reply to customer emails so therefore you cannot return items. They advertise a return policy. However, it appears this policy equates to ignoring customer contact.
The quality of the goods is not as advertised.
A Chinese based company ripping off customers.
Shame on them 🤬

Terrible scam company

Terrible scam company. I ordered a ladies dress suit and a casual jacket. The material of the suit was sweatshirt material and was dreadful. The jacket was miles too small and the cuffs were 2 inches short. I paid for Return to them for a refund. My parcel is now stuck in Chinese customs. Jesse of London (China!!) Refuse to contact customs to establish the duty due and refuse to pay it. My carrier insists the duty is due by the recipient Jesse of London. I have had strings of emails purporting to being helpful but they are basically ensuring my return never arrives so that they don't need to refund. Disgusted by them! Don't EVER buy anything from them. I even tried to email Chinese Customs myself but 2 emails to 2 separate custom departments were refused to be accepted. So Chinese Customs know the problems but will not engage to help. To Jesse of London do not dare reply to this post with you fake conciliatory concern. You are scammers!!

Ordered linen shorts which came from china and they were not linen and totally see through. Am now battling to try and return them and get my money back. They advertise that the product is in stock from London with roayl mail delivery when in fact its all false

Avoid

Cheap, poor quality and absolutely nothing like the pictures. Reading the returns policy, items must be returned to china. You have to email to return items and a response isn’t forthcoming. Avoid!

Another pseudo-London company; returns to China only

Bought a raincoat; took about 3 weeks to arrive; sizing completely wrong. Offered 50% discount to buy another one and keep the original coat. Have to return to China.
How is it legal for a company to put 'London' in its name and not have a UK address?
Only reason I have put a star on is that the response from customer services has been prompt.

SCAM ALERT - don’t waste your money

Total scam, particularly that they use London in their name - the company has nothing whatsoever to do with London - it’s cheap junk from China.

Cheap looking trainers (definitely not orthopaedic as advertised) that took weeks to arrive and looked like they’d cost £2 on SHEIN. They weren’t even the right size for the UK market so tried to return but they refused to cover the cost of this and tracked return cost £35.

Needless to say, I just put them in the charity box and accepted their 15% refund because there was literally no other option. If this was the UK, there would obviously be consumer rights but because they’re in china and pretending they’re a London based company, there are no routes to be refunded.

Don’t waste your money on anything from this company. They’re just a scam outfit pretending they’re sending orthopaedic shoes from the UK - it’s the cheapest nastiest footwear you could imagine from china. I wish I could add photos here to show how bad these trainers are.

And to add insult to injury, they won’t accept returns at their own cost. Just don’t do it.

If trustpilot had a zero star option I’d be using it.

Returned as i do not want 10 %or 20% of refund why? The god awful clothes cannot be worn
Will be reporting to watchdog or whoever uncovers these sham con artists
I have the london return label pictures when its a factory thousands of miles away

It took 4 weeks for my item to be…

It took 4 weeks for my item to be delivered. And the quality is nothing to write home about.
They also make it impossible to return unwanted item. They request I have to write them first, and if approved by them, I need to send it to their warehouse in China at my own cost (postage and customs).
This is definitely the first and the last time I am ordering anything from this company

Same as the rest of the reviews portrays to be a uk based company even the package arrived with a return address of London on it. Although it took ages to arrive but is a British 48hr postage.
Poor quality- says return to Asia when I ask to return or keep for 10% I pushed back they offered 15%. I’ll return it to the return address on the parcel - very poor customer service. Fake fronted website

I have received the same shocking…

I have received the same shocking experience. I wasn’t aware the items are shipped from China I thought it was a uk based company. The dresses ordered are of such poor quality I didn’t even try them on. When contacting customer service they have offered me 15% money back if I keep them. Dresses are fabulous

Dresses are fabulous, comfortable and hide all the right bits! I decided to keep all three that I’d ordered for choice for a wedding. Not overly good quality ( not lined ) but as they are dresses that won’t be worn very often it was enough to pay.
I did start to panic as the dresses took awhile to arrive but good communication from seller who assured me where the parcel was up too. Would use website again and recommend.
