I reached out to JewelryThis for a custom necklace that would last for years to come and match exactly what I had in mind. Holly was incredible to work with and kept me updated every step of the way. My necklace is incredibly detailed and exactly what I wanted. Perfect size and incredible quality. I had so many options during the design process and Holly was incredible at communicating with me, and notifying me that my design was taking a little longer than anticipated but the wait was one hundred percent worth it. I will be coming to JewelryThis for all of my custom projects in the future!

I was searching for engagement rings for my girlfriend everywhere. I knew the general characteristics of what she wanted, but I could find nothing that looked like the picture I had in my mind.

I found JewelryThis while browsing through Google and I was connected with Carrie for a consultation. She was extremely knowledgeable and talked through some ideas with and gave me some advice. I could tell that this was a company that I could trust (plus I was just blown away with the initial design draw-up Carrie sent), so I decided to officially go into the design phase of the process. The team made a beautiful 3D model of the ring and asked if I needed any changes made. They made it clear that they would only go into the production process once I was 100% thrilled with the design. Fortunately, only a couple small tweaks were made and the final design was perfect. I am not kidding. I was so nervous for this process because of how important the piece is to me, and I felt completely supported and I was so relieved and happy to see a ring that I genuinely believe is perfect. They could have doubled the price on the spot and I would have still chosen it lol, it is really that great.

*****Quick side note regarding the diamonds and materials. Carrie made it clear to me from the beginning that they could source any material I needed for my ring. If you have a design that is out of the box, I would highly recommend giving them a shot because you will be pleasantly surprised*****

I very rarely write reviews, but I have to share my experience because of how pleased I am. I am 100% going back to Carrie and JewelryThis when it comes time for my wedding band, and I will be coming back to them for every other piece of jewelry I want made in the future.

If you are like me and are not finding what you are looking for with any jewelry, please give JewelryThis a shot. It does not matter at all what you are looking for, they will get you right and it will be an incredible decision.

Tricia custom designed a platinum and mossonite wedding band with inset stones.

When they sent it, it didn’t quite look right, and I contacted them and shipped it back and they were able to fix the issue and sent it back quickly.

I’m very happy with the way that our designer communicated quickly and efficiently with us. I’m very happy with the quality of their craftsmanship. And I’m very happy with the price.

The only thing I would mention is that they send everything FedEx signature and ID required. It’s expensive and It’s jewelry, so they are extra careful. You cannot sign for the package and have them leave it on your doorstep. You have to physically be present with ID. This is a difficulty for people who work full-time. They don’t ask you if you want to send it to another address or let you know ahead of time that this is how they’re going to do things. The good news is that the designer was able to change it so that we could pick it up at a FedEx retail location with ID and we were able to pick it up after work.

I think they add on a $19 charge in your final payment for shipping.

Overall, beautiful craftsmanship, except for the shipping, excellent communication, and I would definitely do business with them again.

I received quick answers and they were extremely helpful in the designing process and talked me out of a few things as they wouldn’t have worked particularly well. The process can be a bit scary but they helped me through it very much. I would use them again if the need arises!

A little bit early for a review, ring is still in production. I cannot says enough good things about Carrie who has been with me from day 1.
She has been so helpful and amazing assisting me with making up a sapphire ring.
I will follow up once we get the ring but I am positive it will be anothwr amazing review!
