V happy with service
Phoned JG about some rats in the garden on Sunday and they assigned Phillip who came round first thing Monday, took a look at the issue, clearly and professionally explained what the next steps were, set up some traps and then answered all my questions - v happy with the service.

Kieron , even though he caught us on the hop by being half an hour early, was very professional and helpful . He explained the signs and caused of mouse infestation and completed the house survey. At no time did we feel pressured into any immediate costly remedial action .
