We were delighted with the gold/emerald ring. The silver version showed that we needed to change the size which Jian agreed to. They also changed the silver one but note that they require the security tag to still be in place. We were kept informed throughout and questions were answered promptly. Note that if the article is not in stock it will be made and in our case this took a little over 6 weeks.

Amazing customer service and support. I selected a chain which was too long and needed a replacement quickly. I kept the pendant but was told if I sent a picture of the proof of postage, then the shorter chain would be sent immediately. True to their word it happened and I received the shorter chain 2 days after posting the return. Beautiful product too…my daughter loved wear it for her prom.

Found the company online after extensive research for emerald earrings. They seem to range in price and Jian is now exception. However I liked what I saw and sent off for some on Sunday. They arrived today and I am delighted with them, exactly as per the website plus they come with a year guarantee and a 30 return policy which is amazing for earrings.

The item arrived very quickly by courier delivery.
The outer packing box was crushed, probably due to transit.
More disappointing is the outer box was ripped which just shows a lack of care for the customer.
Disappointed with the initial impact thought better check the actual item.
That meant undoing all the wrapping.
The actual item appeared just as mass produced and was poorly placed for presentation within its box.
Certainly a disappointing result, would probably use Etsy in future.
The item itself had limited impact, was lightweight and nothing special.
Will re-package the item so it looks a little better and recommend not sending direct as a present.

An exceptional company to deal with.
I ordered a ruby and white sapphire ring for my wife to celebrate our ruby wedding.
I was kept informed from beginning to end about the process from sizing the ring through to the end product.
Regarding us receiving the ring we did have issues with The Royal Mail and Special Delivery which William of Jian quickly and professionally after contacting the Royal Mail sorted out for us.
The ring itself is beautifully made and my wife is over the moon with it.

Parcel due 12 -1.00. We were in the house. Our dog started barking to let us know someone was coming. No knock at the door no ringing of doorbell. Went out to check. Looked up the drive no one or van in site. Looked down the drive to see a parcel lying outside the back door. Visible from the road! Looked on delivery site where it states parcel delivered and received by us. A lie as we were not given it. Not the first time this has happened with this delivery company
