Parcel due 12 -1.00. We were in the house. Our dog started barking to let us know someone was coming. No knock at the door no ringing of doorbell. Went out to check. Looked up the drive no one or van in site. Looked down the drive to see a parcel lying outside the back door. Visible from the road! Looked on delivery site where it states parcel delivered and received by us. A lie as we were not given it. Not the first time this has happened with this delivery company

Sometimes you are lucky enough to do business with a company like Jian London. Quite apart from their beautiful quality jewellery, their ethos and customer service is second to none. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I purchased a gift for an overseas recipient from this company and not only they expect me to complete forms and pay extra for customs (without a word about that on the checkout page), but they have also sent this request to pay for customs to the recipient ruining the surprise.

Good value for money

I purchased a white sapphire eternity ring (supposedly), unfortunately only a few weeks in and it looks awful! I should of returned it when i first got it as its like cheap glass that you can see through but i thought maybe thats how it was supposed to look with it being a 2ct size but my friend has one purchased from another company and hers is not like the one i have! i messaged Jian and all they keep saying is that white sapphires look like that and i should clean it etc i have tried this and its made no difference, i emailed them again and now theyve stopped replying to me :( White sapphire is meant to be strong it's so disappointing that now the ring looks like an old cheap costume jewellery. please dont buy from this company buy elsewhere as if there was a problem you would get no help from there customer service department!

I purchased a ring for a birthday gift and the quality is awful, i am so embarrassed as this ring looks like a cheap costume jewellery one after only been worn a couple of times! i contacted Jian customer services but they just kept fobbing me off with ridiculous excuses. If you are purchasing an item for a special gift please do not buy from this company as you will be VERY disappointed. I purchased an alternative gift from another company at a similar price and what a difference in the quality of the item

Excellent service and amazing quality.

When I found an engagement ring on their site it was exactly what I was after. It wasn't exactly to my fiancée's brief but I felt it represented both of our tastes. The stone was beautiful and as aqua marine is her birth stone and Katie loved it. I proposed at Disney World and the ring really suited the location!

Katie loved the ring so much I decided to get her matching jewellery for the wedding and loved that you had a bracelet and neckless with the same stones and style which I ordered for valentine's and Katie's birthday respectively.

I have now just received the very unique drop set earings which I intend to give her on the anniversary of our engagement next month.

Katie has been blown away by each piece and it is lovely that she has a set with matching stones and style. They will look beautiful on her when we get married in August.

Very easy to order, excellent delivery and great quality necklace - my wife was delighted! Only slight issue is that I find the clasp a little fiddly - but guess that is an age thing!

Fantastic company. I was a little nervous ordering jewellery online but Jian London were excellent. Their customer service is brilliant and they dispatched my item the same day. Super Fast delivery and easy to contact when I needed to order an extra link. A pleasure to deal with, I will be using them again in the future.

Back in January my partner bought a ring from this company as a promise ring for myself. By february it had completely bent out of shape and become thin. When contacting this company from the get go I was blamed for it all, I was told I must’ve hit the ring for it to bend when I explained id barely worn it I still had the same response. Furthermore I was told this was an issue ‘unique to myself’ and the company never even asked to review the product. When I asked if they would consider reviewing it they said this could have been ‘done earlier without all this unpleasantness’ again implying all blame to be on myself. My first email to this company simply stated this issue and if i could have some support but all I received was emails passing the blame and the company taking absolutely no responsibility. Furthermore they offer you a one year guarantee, which is effectively useless as if i wanted this ring re shaped back to size it would cost me £25. So a one year guarantee is basically useless and false advertisement. I would never recommend this company to anyone, the customer service was absolutely appalling. From their very first email all i’ve had is accusations and lack of regard for their customers that have spent good money on their products.

Personally will never shop with this brand again as it’s not worth the hassle and upset its caused. I now have a very sentimental ring that’s quite clearly not fit for purpose and a brand that simply could not care less!

First class service all the way through, the ring is absolutely beautiful and amazing my wife loves it.

The complimentary silver ring was really useful as it enabled me change my order to the correct size. Customer Service was great kept me informed as to the progress of the order. The ring looks fantastic.

Jian stocked the exact necklace product I required to celebrate our Ruby wedding anniversary last year. Then for Xmas I was able to match this with multi-purpose ruby ear-rings.
Sales, payment and delivery all proceeded without a hitch. The exchange of the ear-rings (my fault!) was carried out quickly and efficiently. The inclusion of the company’s stock booklet was useful to choose the second gift.
