Firstly my dealings with Martin were exceptional from start yo finish so hats off to you sir!
I attended dealership, test drove a lovely car, signed everything and waited to pay out! However after several calls and sitting at the dealership from 11am to 18:15 awaiting payout from lender it wasn't to be that day?
Martin did everything possible to push the lender but to no avail! Today 20/03/26 it finally paid out and i collect my car 22/03/26!🥳
A big thank you and well done Jigsaw for everything!

Great to deal with, simple to do, help every step of the way. Of course I was successful in my application so maybe biased. But yea it wasn’t painful at all, and didn’t feel like you had to jump through multiple hurdles.

Smooth and easy service!
I recently used Jigsaw finance, and the whole process from start to finish was so simple and stress free. My finance representative Andrew Gibson was incredibly helpful and explained each process and very quick and finding me the best deal for my new VW Golf! Impersonal and pushy
Whole process was confusing. It would be nice to deal with one person but instead had various people calling me from different numbers which made me feel uneasy. I had a terrible experience with one of the callers where I had to be rude to him to stop him from bullying me into taking out a warranty which i'd stated I didn't want at the beginning of the phone call. He proceeded to patronise and try to dominate the conversation. I ended the call. A more personal and polite approach would be a much better experience.
