STOP.. Do not order from Jigsawpuzzle.co.uk if you are expecting your order to arrive within your lifetime. With paying a carriage fee you would expect your jigsaw to be delivered within a week at the worst case these days. I have since discovered they are not a uk company and your order has to clear customs!! There should be a clear statement on their website as to the origin of the company and the extended timelines. I could have ordered a jigsaw from Amazon and taken delivery the same day.

Firstly, like many already mentioned, puzzles don’t ship from UK. Delivery takes a long time. Origin address is unknown however return address is in Germany.

Secondly, customer service is a joke. Puzzle was heavily misrepresented to which I was told by the agent - “it is normal”. Image on the box is preposterously low resolution, god knows what puzzle is like inside as I didn’t dare to break the seal. Website shows a high resolution image that is no way comparable to what I actually received.

I haven’t been offered as little as apology. They coldly told me “this is normal” twice and that if I don’t like it, I can return it their German address.

I scrolled through reviews to see if anyone had luck with returns but it seems like people don’t bother due to the international shipping costs. In all fairness I wouldn’t trust them to refund me even if I proceeded with the return.

Firstly, took weeks to come. And secondly, i bought it as a nice present for my boyfriend and whilst doing the 300 piece puzzle we noticed there were loads missing! We are unable to finish the puzzle as we don’t have all the sides. Very VERY disappointed.

Ordered a jigsaw on the 8th December and I’ve just had a email to say the estimated delivery date is 26th December. Absolutely insane delivery times, is it coming hand delivered on horseback?

I ordered jigsaw for my grandson, then read the reviews and thought I'd done the wrong thing! I wouldn't normally write a review but in this case I have to because yes, the company is abroad, but I ordered on 8 Nov, they confirmed the order with expected delivery date of 22 Nov, notified me of despatch and the jigsaw was delivered 16th Nov and I have to say it's perfect. I'd definitely order again.

Ordered several puzzles from this company, thinking it was a UK company.

Using the 1000piece filter I ordered four puzzles. I did not realise that the filter selected - 1000 - also included all puzzles over 1000 pieces, and I inadvertently ordered 2 x 6000 pieces. As these were not required, I attempted to return the 2 puzzles.

They will only accept returns to a German address, which makes returns costly and prohibitive for anyone outside Germany.

There is nothing on their website that indicates their return policy.

There is no customer service phone/email address to use. Contact can only be made via their website.

They also advertise their "French", "Austrian" "Belgium" and "Switzerland" websites, which appear to be fronts.

I no longer feel silly having mis-ordered the 6000 piece puzzles - duping seems to be this company's Modus Operandi.

Felt I had to leave this review - googling ‘custom/personalised jigsaws’ it seems many of the cheaper options were not in the uk despite .co.uk address, decided to try this one - glad I did.
Ordered ordered Monday Morning and was delivered from Slovakia via Royal Mail on Thursday - MORE than happy with that.
Was exactly as described and the bonus was the jigsaw pieces were already broken up and in a sealed bag inside the custom box!!!!
10:10 and will be using again!

Please find some other company that understands customer service. I order 12 puzzles and 4 arrived smashed. You could tell before even opening the box that I was going to have a few that didn’t make it. The box was trashed. After reaching out I was told they would give me a 50% off of two of the puzzles. What was surprising is this is after providing them with pictures showing that they were severely damaged.
I responded to these guys and asked that they take better care of me and I didn’t hear back. I am leaving this review, so this does not happen to you. As you know, it costs a lot to bring puzzles over from other countries and if they aren’t going to take care of their customers, they don’t deserve to be in business. Good luck with all of you that love puzzles, and find peace from what they bring. If you’re going to be a retailer and sell puzzles, you need to understand your customer base. I do puzzles for anxiety and panic attacks. I have a friend that doesn’t because she recently lost a loved one and it helps her tremendously. Friends that are chronically ill and can’t leave the house. The list goes on. And then these guys make it worse by not taking care of their customer base.

Agree with other review, not sure about the bad press as only have positive comments. I ordered a custom puzzle that was received in 10 days from order. Great quality puzzle and sturdy box. Arrived in tip top condition, really happy with purchase. There are loads of .co.uk companies out there that aren't based in the UK, but it's easy enough to check. Based on my experience I would 100% recommend.

Beautiful puzzles, but poor customer service. Missing puzzles not replaced , not sold , basically not interested once sold.

I ordered a custom jigsaw puzzle on 8th March, got a shipping email on 10th March it arrived today on 22nd March. It actually came last week , but I wasn’t in and had to arrange a redeliver with Royal Mail.

Don’t quite understand why there are so many bad reviews on here. They made me dubious to order from the site, but I’m glad I did.

Trustpilot doesn’t allow images or even LINKS to images hosted online, which is ridiculous, as I have photos of the puzzle box as proof and I felt that would’ve been important to share.

BUYER BEWARE - Jigsawpuzzle.co.uk are NOT a British company but they go out of their way to imply that they are. I hope no one ever has the need to return an item as you will be told it must be returned to Germany, (some have been told their French operation) and thus the return costs make it TOTALY prohibitive. The ploy of using a UK web address can only be described as an attempt to deceive potential buyers and if you look further they appear to do the same in other countries in order to lure people into buying from them. AN UTTER DISGRACE AND BEING PURSUED THROUGH GERMAN GOVERNMENT AGNCIES.

I'm so glad I ordered my puzzles before reading the bad reviews here. My experience was 10/10.

I bought two custom (photo) puzzles and the order was prepared and shipped in two days. All timings were clearly communicated so I knew it wouldn't be a quick delivery from within the UK, however the order arrived even earlier than what I was hoping for and in perfect time for Christmas.

The website was easy to use when uploading and previewing your photo, which is a great bonus. The selection of boxes was excellent and the prices were the best I found.

I was a bit nervous about the quality of the puzzles but to my pleasant surprise, it is fantastic. The cardboard is sturdy, the pieces are well cut and fit neatly. The only thing which could have been better are the colours, but I am sure this is due to the quality of my picture, not the printing.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend JigsawPuzzle.co.uk to all avid puzzlers and people looking for a nice gift. I will definitely be returning for more!

Product never received. KIV this company is not based in the UK despite having UK in the title.

I ordered 2 jigsaws and a matt thinking they were based in the Uk they have the domain name and UK flag on there site. I recieved an email telling me my order was shipped to Royal Mail at 8.09am Monday 19th Decemeber 2022.

It is now thursday 22nd and the tracking has not even updated at all, their website has no info at all about your item either. The email doesn't give you a estimated time of delivery either, the delivery charge even makes it feel your odering from a Uk based company.

I don't if I will even get the items I've ordered but luckily I ordered through Paypal so I should be covered. Avoid at all costs

Placed an order yesterday, but then received an e-mail to say the payment hadn't gone through. Like a complete fool, I put the payment through again, but then got the same message. Smelling a rat, I checked my internet banking and both payments have gone out. Do not use under any circumstances.

i ordered 2 puzzles and the 2 puzzles were incomplete ! They were unable to send me the missing pieces, so i have 2 useless puzzles... they agreed to refund 1 puzzle, but not the 2nd one. I won't order on this website anymore.

Interesting that there are quite a few bad reviews, I've bought over £150s worth of jigsaws from them and yes you do have to wait a week or so for them but I've never had a problem. They have a great selection often at, what seems, a very cheap price.
Since I only have one of the last batch I bought left to do I'm about to buy some more from them. I hope I won't be disappointed this time!

If you don't mind waiting fair enough. My only huge bugbear was the extortionate postage cost of nearly £10 for a single jigsaw. From ordering and receiving it took a month.

If all goes well, this (French) company (Alize) is satisfactory. However, if you have a problem - forget it!

My most recent order included some packs of puzzle glue sheets. They were advertised as 'for 3000 piece puzzles' each containing '20 sheets'

What I received was packs for 2000 piece puzzles - with only twelve sheets each. So - about half of what I'd ordered and paid for.

OK - I thought. It's just a glitch. Then you try to get a response from their amazing 'customer service team' - NOT!

Despite boldly claimning to respond WITHOUT FAIL to every email "Within 24 hours" they completely ignore you.

On balance - avoid them. There are a lot more deserving companies out there that merit your support.
