Ordered several jigsaws from them. All were classed as XXL pieces but one of them "Noah's Clearing" came with mixed sizes and peculiar shapes, some really tiny. This was not stated on the description. In fact it said the pieces format was XXL pieces. I emailed customer support ( which is in France ) only to be told it was XXL because the finished size was bigger than ordinary 500 piece puzzles. I emailed again stating that their website definately described it as "XXL PIECES" but once again I got the same answer. Will not be using them again. Better jigsaw sellers are Barneys Newsbox and Jigsaw Puzzles Direct. (both are in the UK)

Sent a puzzle to a lady who has just lost her teenage grandson. Timing was everything so I paid extra for delivery within eight days. It is now four days late and still not arrived. Customer service blamed covid and are refusing to do anything about it. They should not be charging extra if they can not keep their promises. AVOID!

Just received my order without any problems or delays (in 5 days). 5 stars from me.

What a terrible company to deal with . Sent numerous emails asking why shipping costs are £7.95 when as a member and a value is over £15 it is supposed to be free shipping - a membership that has to be paid for !! Totally rude ignoring messages sent and they expect to come back and use them again. Orders have arrived several times with boxes damaged . As a company they are quick enough to take your money and after that it does not matter about the customer. Do not believe that this company is in the UK like the web page indicates as they are in Germany.

Company does Not reply to emails regarding order enquiries. Have now apparently stopped shipping 6 weeks ago to the UK due to the Coronavirus situation stating that it is courier issues but still ship all over Europe. Very misleading name for the company as it has nothing to do with the UK and is German based.

Have bought from this company on many occasions without issue. They ship from Germany, so it can sometimes take 7-10 days for your delivery to arrive so it's best not to order at the last minute if buying as a gift. On the one or two occasions that I have had to contact customer services (my account converted to French once), I have always received a quick response and it was always in very clear English. They have a brilliant selection of puzzles, many from brands that can be otherwise difficult to find in the UK and the 'new' section is updated at least once a week. Items always arrive well packaged. I also love that they are so open about how long their deals last for - a large countdown clock on the front page - and don't hide the information in the small print. They even offer a cheap membership scheme which gets you free p&p at a lower minimum spend and a 10% discount on puzzles.

Nothing but trouble with this company. After 1 month & many emails, no delivery, no apologies & no responsibility taken. I cancelled my order & since then have been waiting for a refund. Over the last 2 weeks, they have not replied to any of my emails & no money has been returned.

Update: Awful company to deal with - the worst - just refunding Euros 10.52, despite me paying £34.32 and receiving nothing

Awful customer service, they might write to you once and give you false hope but in the end they ignore you and don't wish to help you resolve. Avoid using this company at all costs.

This isn’t a UK based company so please beware. I ordered a jigsaw mat, which when received, was very poor quality. I messaged Customer Services and did get a reply advising me that I could return the item (at my cost) to an address in Germany. They are actually based in France. Wish I’d checked it out properly before I bought the item. I’ll just have to accept the loss.

There are some bad reviews for this company, but I speak as I find. Great selection of puzzles, my order turned up before I expected it to and everything with my order went as smoothly as it could do. No complaints from me.

I ordered a magnetic puzzle for my granddaughter's 3rd birthday. I paid for a 3-5 day delivery, supposedly dispatched on 3rd October but no sign of the package having left Germany! Whatever the quality and wherever the package this company doesn't seem capable of providing the service I've paid for. I'd advise people not to use them as they clearly aren't very good.

I am an existing customer, hold a membership as buying quite a lot from them. Never had any problem, tracking system always tell where my parcel is and when it arrives. Delivery time never longer than a week which is acceptable, but I am always take my time, always leave enough gap if it’s around Christmas or Easter just to be sure all goes fine with delivery. Customer service I have no idea about, never had to contact with, all transaction went smoothly

Non existent customer service, rude agent who doesn't even know what month it is let alone how to construct a decent email. Treat customers like dirt. AVOID

This is possibly the worst online retailer I have ever had the misfortune of ordering from ever. Adverts across the website and in emails suggested that they would be able to deliver my order prior to Christmas eve, I placed my order the 17th of December. When I eventually asked customer services what was going on I received the most unappologetic response suggesting that I was stupid for not seeing advice that personalised items would not be sent before the 10th of January. Anyway its now the 10th of January and I am still waiting on delivery. AVOID this organisation at all costs. Bad customer service, constant lies and rudness from all of the staff I have had involvement with. In fact I'm going to make sure this is not the only bad review I write on this organisation.

A really nicely presented product, however I ordered from here because they said 7-10 days delivery so this got to me in time for an event I had. It took longer than this with no communication apart from being told it had been passed to Royal Mail - following the tracking on Royal Mail actually showed this to be untrue, and they were waiting from Monday until Thursday for Jigsaw Puzzle to get the item to them. It meant I had to disappoint someone which was very distressing for me. A shame when it was such a nice product at a reasonable price.

I ordered 3 children's jigsaw puzzles for my grandson. Despite paying for these items, they were never received. I informed the company but they were disinterested and insisted that I had received my order. They did not offer to provide me with a refund or send out further goods. I have raised a complaint via Paypal to recover the money paid. I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY.
