Product poor quality for the price. Would not recommend

I recently placed an order and I wanted to share my review. I have very large cankles. I have never been able to just slip my feet into boots without some kind of struggle. Until yours! They're so comfy, roomy, and cute. I literally have never been able to wear rainboots ever. I'm sooo happy I found your brand!! 10/10

Great quality boot. I love the wildness of the calf. Fast shipping even though I needed to exchange these for a smaller size the exchange was super fast. They shipped me a new pair quickly.

I was dubious at first about ordering boots on line. I have not only wide feet but also have a high instep and as close as flat footed as can be. But I ordered a pair of ankle boots so I can work in our field and garden. They fit GREAT! They are so comfortable and even stylin'!

Well sized boots - added insoles help with arch support - a good looking, heavy boot. Fast shipping.

The sizing on these boots is so off it’s almost a joke. I have never worn anything other than a size 8 in any given brand of shoes or boots, and these fit more like a women’s US 9-10. I think it’s absurd that I have to pay return shipping handling when it is your fault that your boots are so poorly sized. Customer service was not very friendly on top of that. I won’t continue to waste my money exchanging boots until I find the right size. I will just purchase from a more reputable brand with more accurate sizing.
What a shame, just when I finally thought I found a nice wide calf boot.

Update: Horrible customer service with zero personality. Was late returning my boots and they refused to accept them because they are “unable to change return codes”. Brand new boots in the bag, and they won’t accept them. Do not remember ordering from this company. There are PLENTY of other wide calf boots out there, and these aren’t that great for the price.

Finally…someone gets that not all women have twigs for legs!! These fit great and keep my feet dry when I’m on the beach rock hunting in the winter. I highly recommend.

I’m almost 73 and never had an adult pair of rain boots because they never fit! I have a wide toe box and substantial calves and the boots and liners are perfectly comfortable and easy on and off! I’m sure these high quality boots will save the day for my late spring trip to Ireland! Thank you Jileon Rain Boots!

Having thicker calves and ankles, I have never been able to find a "cute" boot to fit properly. These boots do both. They are so cute...with white polka dots on a navy background. I can just slip them on with my pants tucked in and wear them in comfort! The rubber is so soft and comfy. I highly recommend these rain boots!

Jileon Rain Boots are perfect for our Alaskan autumn!!! The ordering process could not have been easier, and I was pleasantly surprised how fast my order arrived. I was a little worried ordering from overseas, but I was kept informed on my orders status every step of the way. The boots fit perfectly, and the wider calf size allows slipping them on & off with ease.

Wellies look okay but really bad fit far too big, I normally struggle to fit into an 8 but their 8 was around 2 sizes to big, they obviously don't use standard UK sizing, then you get stung on return fee. They offer no returns service so you have to find your own, by the time you take the weight, have to insure for the value and get a signature was nearly £8 to return, which is annoying as the sizing is so off, if they were a standard 8 I may not have had to return. However, the boots (ankle ones) also feel very flimsy not sure how much support they would give your foot. Just overall a bad fit.

The boots are well fitting- no pinched toes, and stylish- I love the color (chocolate and orange.) Excellent service and good communication. All around a good product and transaction. And it's finally raining so I get to wear them!!! Cheers!

I am Debra: I love my new boots. They are easy to slip on and off when I am going out first thing in the morning with my dogs in the wet grass. They are very cute and trendy. these boots are very comfortable for my bunion feet as they seem to have plenty of room. The boots are made extremely well. I highly recommend this company to anyone in search of easy to slip on and off boots.

I have long wanted a pair of rain boots and Jileon has fulfilled that dream! It is so incredibly hard to find wide width and wide calf boots , especially in a rain boot. I have purchased and gifted many pairs of boots in my years of searching! Not today, today I get to keep these comfy, roomy, easy slip on boots. I can’t wait for a rainy day to play in the puddles and show off my stylish rain boots. They have a wide foot bed and the toe box is generous as well. I can wear with thick socks and they do not squeeze my calves. The bright red is true red and is shiny and fun! The quality of the boot is remarkable and I look forward to enjoying these boots for years to come. So happy my search is over!!!

I now own two pairs of Jileon rain boots. I have the tall “Welles” with the sock liners, I absolutely love these. They’re sturdy, yet very comfortable. And I recently purchased the ankle rain boots for my garden. These also are wonderful. They fit well, lots of room for my toes and they’re not flimsy like so many others. Super easy to just step in without tugging. I highly recommend this brand.

I have to admit I was a little nervous because I saw the ads on FB. However, I got them faster than usual and they are exactly what I ordered and I absolutely LOVE them! I have never found a big thigh boot that was actually a big thigh boot. Not even men’s. Wore them all day at an outdoor event because it had been raining and my feet didn’t hurt. LOVE!

Bought Ankle Boots last September, wore a few times before winter and then restarted wearing them again now the weather has improved and not so wet & muddy. I found the right foot was wet after walking a lot in wet grass.
I contacted Jileon, explained the problem and attached images where the boot was leaking on a seam.
Within a week, I received a new pair.

After a buckle broke on one of the boots after just 2 months I contacted customer services to be told that as the part is 'not functional' they would not help me repair it. I am left with a large piece of rubber flapping about when I walk. Very disappointed in the services. All I asked for was a new buckle that I was willing to fit myself but they are adamant they will not help in any way. A partial refund has been offered for £20, although not received yet, but this does not solve my problem of their below quality item.

Update, since this review has been published they have emailed to inform me the £20 is no longer on offer because of my negative review.
I have used this company for many years for boots but unfortunately our business has ended badly, I would not recommend to anyone as they are unwilling to be professional in their response to any issue once they have your money.

Love these boots. Fit great - easy on - went ankle deep in lake and still dry!
