Inside sock/heel area has rubbed away after only 6 months use.
Customer service told me it was due to incorrect fitting but I have worn same size all my adult life
No other option offered.
Both heels worn badly: I have worn them on dog walks over the winter on wet days only: hoped to have them for life. Have previously worn Dunlop wellies with no problem

I love my new boots! Makes me feel like a little kid again...I loved my boots as a kid and never thought I would find any that actually fit...PERFECTLY. I have a lot of bone issues with my feet including arthritis and these boots I could wear all day. Great for working in my muddy yard just hose them off...Thank you Jileon Boots!

I have such hard to fit feet because of my RA. These boots are amazing. I wore them all day long and was on my feet the whole time. I was amazed that at the end of the day my feet weren’t hurting. Thanks so much!

My Jileon rainboots are the first pair of boots I've owned that I didn't have to battle with to get on over my high arches. I can step right into them! My feet stay dry no matter how wet the yard is. The fleece liner is so cozy and warm, my toes stay toasty no matter how cold it is outside. The wide calf gives me space to tuck in my pants without my legs losing feeling. My Jileon rainboots are the best boots I have ever owned!

I ordered a pair of wellingtons from Jileon as I have wide feet and find it difficult to find ones that fit. Unfortunately, the wellingtons turned out to be too roomy for my ankles and lower calf. This is no reflection on the product, which seemed great, and all about my difficult feet! I thought I’d made a mistake when returning them (was posting out a similar sized package at the same time and was concerned I’d mixed up the labels.). However, a quick email to the company resulted in a reassuring reply that they’d look out for this. In the end all was well and the mix up hadn’t happened, but Jo took the time to let me know and issued a prompt refund. I really appreciated the reassurance when I thought I’d messed up. Great customer service.

Absolute fantastic - so comfortable…when trying on in your home but introduce anything more adventurous than your living room Berber and you’re stuffed. I had the gall to try to wear them in a field and my feet were sliding around inside the boots making it impossible to walk properly. The foot size was perfect but the boot offers as much support as a wet tissue so if you’re planning to use these for anything other than a 30-second walk on the school run then do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

2 pairs have failed in less than 2 years. When contacting the company they were very unhelpful and offered me 20 percent off another pair. Considering this is what they offer on their website anyway it's not great. Emailed twice since and no reply.

Customer Services were so kind and helpful and gave practical advice to enable my smooth purchase. Their services were first class - a rarity nowadays. The boots themselves were lovely. They are a fit for a wide foot and I am happy to wear thick socks with them - which is sensible for wellies anyway. Plenty of room to slip in and out without a muddy struggle - I love them.

To start off, website was very easy and gave perfect description and had measurements to help with sizing before ordering.
Package came within a few days, as soon as I tried them on, I couldn't believe it, I was so happy to finally have wellies I could just slip on and off without having to struggling and them not fitting properly. I couldn't wait to wear them out and test them, wore them today and have to say I can't fault the my whole experience and product. Would definetly recommend for anyone who has a wider calf like myself.

The Purple Butterfly wellies arrived very quickly, as promised. They’re very easy and quick to put on, despite my having high insteps, and, at the moment, a slightly swollen left foot due to a broken fibula which has only just healed. A trial walk along an extremely muddy path proved that they don’t have a tendency to slip, nor do they get left behind in the mud even if it’s quite deep! They’re also very pretty. Thank you, Jileon!

The boots were too big so I had to send them back, they were nice. Unfortunately, Yodel lost the item. When contacting Jileon about the matter they were incredibly quick to pass the buck back to yodel. Completely understandable that they will hide away from the responsibility due to not actually losing the package. However, as a company it is their responsibility to support their customers. I was basically told it’s not ‘my issue so deal with it yourself’
I have wasted a lot of my time when I should have gone somewhere trustworthy such as Amazon or ASOS which I have by the way.
Bottom line is- avoid this company, go with one who has ethics and actually cares about the customer. I am sure Jileon will reply to say they have supported me through this issue but this is only because I have stated I will be seeking advice from the Consumer rights protection team and opened an investigation as they have no complaints policy and procedure in place to protect their customers. Following advice from CRP, they directed me back to Jileon’s where the owner threw a tantrum about my negative review, it was something along the lines of “we were going to be pleasant, but seeing as you left a horrible review you will have to wait until we receive our claim for your refund” you will not find the review due to the seller not approving it, slightly concerning how the reviews have been manipulated.
