Great price fast delivery was unsure at first because I had not heard of J&L before but so glad I did nearly half the price of everyone else and a better around service thank you.

Brilliant Pre Order
Pre ordered Mortal Kombat 1 about 5 days before release, received the game on release day so very happy with the service. Had an email the day before to say it was despatched, was good to be kept updated.
Was very pleased with the price that was offered as most other companies charge a lot more for PS5 games.
After I ordered I realised I had my old address in for delivery, I emailed the company who changed it for me straight away, excellent customer service.
Would definetly buy from here again!

Hi There, we received your email today that you sent on yesterday (Sunday), to say that your item hasn't arrived. We apologised in our response email this morning, as it seems to have gone missing in the post. We've offered you the option of replacement or refund but as you seem unhappy with royal mail's mess up, enough to reflect that back on us, we will just go ahead and refund you.
