Great price fast delivery was unsure at first because I had not heard of J&L before but so glad I did nearly half the price of everyone else and a better around service thank you.

Search from google, the price is the lowest among the result. The most amazing point is that the game was delivered at the same day as the launch date. You can simply stay at home, enjoy the game immediately.

Great little company!
I pre-ordered the new Zelda game from J&L Gaming LTD on 10th May, and on 11th May the website said it had been dispatched. I thought it would have arrived on launch day, 12th May, but it was delivered today, 13th May. This was fine by me as their email does say 2-3 working days for delivery. I thought it was a scam at first, as they were selling it cheaper than anywhere else. The reviews reassured me though, and I was glad I supported a smaller company. Great seller!

I preordered Jedi
I preordered Jedi: Survivor and it never arrived? I was of the understanding when you preorder something before initial release you receive said something on the day it is scheduled to release? The game in question was released on Friday and it’s now Sunday and nothing. I won’t be expecting it on Monday due to it being a bank holiday so it’s anyone’s guess when it will arrive? It’s not good enough.

Hi Dan, The game was dispatched on Wednesday 26th well in time for release date. Our free shipping service via Royal Mail 24 can take 1-4 working days, although 9 times out of 10 it arrives the next day, unfortunately on this occasion you have fallen into the latter part of that equation. I can see it was delivered today. Sorry you feel it wasn't good enough. We do offer paid next day special or DPD service if you want some extra reassurance of it arriving on a certain date. We always try and get our new releases shipped a couple of days in advance as was the case on this occasion and most fortunately had it arrive by release date, however the free tracked 24 service still has a 1-4 working day delivery window as standard.
